Masonry Flashing Products	Peel-N-Seal	Peel-N-Seal is a 40 mil. thick waterproofing membrane consisting of a self-adhering rubberized asphalt laminated to a high density polyethylene film. A special release liner prevents the membrane from sticking to itself in the roll. The heavy polyethylene film is resistant to cuts and tears while providing excellent waterproofing characteristics.
	Copper Sealtite 2000	click to enlarge This non-asphaltic copper flashing consists of a 3oz. or 5oz. copper sheet laminated between two layers of dense fiberglass fabric. The non-asphaltic adhesive makes Copper Sealtite 2000 compatible with all types of sealants.
	Copper Fabric	click to enlarge This unique, time-proven flashing is available in 2, 3, 5, or 7 oz. per square foot to meet all your specification needs. Two layers of dense glass fabric and a special blended asphalt are laminated to the copper core to produce greater tensile strength and improved puncture resistance. This composition of copper, glass fabric, and asphalt will ensure a permanent bond in the mortar joint and protection from moisture.
	Cop-R-Cote	A quality masonry flashing combining a full sheet of copper weighing 2, 3, 5 or 7 oz. per square foot coated with a special plasticized asphalt. The total weight of the asphalt coating is at least 6 ounces per square foot. Complete resistance to acid and alkali ensures permanent moisture protection.
	Cop-R-Kraft	click to enlarge A full copper sheet weighing 2 or 3 oz. per square foot bonded to a layer of waterproofed, creped kraft paper with a plasticized asphalt compound. The 3 oz. weight is reinforced with woven glass fabric scrim and meets FHA specifications.
	Cop-R-Kraft Duplex	click to enlarge A full copper sheet weighing 2, 3 or 5 oz. per square foot bonded between two layers of waterproofed, creped kraft paper with a plasticized asphalt compound. The 3 and 5 oz. weights are reinforced with a woven glass fabric scrim to meet GSA, FHA and Corps of Engineers specifications. This strong but flexible masonry flashing will give you economical and permanent moisture protection.

Mortar Deflection Products	Mortar Break®	click to enlarge The complete Mortar Break® system is a popular cost competitive way to ensure proper cavity wall drainage. The Mortar Break® system has been tested and exceeds industry standards. Mortar Break® is now made from 40% recycled materials and qualifies for L.E.E.D. rating system credits. Mortar Break® is a mortar deflection device used in conjunction with standard masonry cavity walls with a 1" to 1-3/4" wide cavity.
	Mortar Break II®	click to enlarge Mortar Break II® is our newest improved mortar deflection device. Mortar Break II® is to be used in conjunction with standard 2" wide cavity wall construction. Mortar Break II® is a 1.5" thick, high density, polypropylene geometric design. The slightly narrower profile of Mortar Break II® allows for a better fit in a 2" cavity and avoids any possibility of mortar bridging the cavity. It is this bridging of mortar, although not continuous, that would allow moisture to travel into the interior wythe of a typical cavity wall. Mortar Break II® is now made from 40% recycled materials and qualifies for L.E.E.D. rating system credits.
	Mortar Catch®	For use at all flashing locations where wide cavity construction is required. The polymer core geomatrix design, when shaped in a "U" configuration on the jobsite, fills the cavity and allows moisture to weep at both inner wall surfaces. Mortar Catch® used with quality flashing, weep holes and good mortar applying techniques will ensure the performance of a properly designed masonry wall.
Rainscreen Products	Mortairvent®	click to enlarge Mortairvent® is a two-ply mortar deflection and ventilation system that has been specifically designed for use with manufactured stone, stucco, EIFS and brick. By installing the Mortairvent® two-ply system, a ventilation cavity is created between the vapor barrier and exterior wall. The blue polymer core mesh creates the airspace, while the filter fabric blocks mortar droppings from seeping into this newly formed cavity, while still allowing moisture to pass through. This combination of drainage and ventilation eliminates the threat of toxic mold.

Masonry Accessories Products	Grout Catch	Advanced Grout Catch is a strong, lightweight, and economical polypropylene mesh screen that prevents mortar overflow and seepage from designated CMU block cores. The mesh design inherently strengthens the bonding alliance in the mortar joint and also allows for greater bonding of the masonry anchor in hollow wall construction. U.V. stabilizers protect against exposure and subsequent deterioration.
	Weep Vents	The new Cell Vent system insures positive drainage in all cavity wall construction. Made from durable polypropelene, Mortar Maze Cell Vents are available in a range of colors to match the surrounding mortar. Size: 3/8" x 2 1/2" x 3 3/8" Standard or 3/8" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" Jumbo. Waterproofing Membrane Products	Moistseal	Moistseal is a polyvinyl chloride sheet available in 10, 20, 30 and 60 mils. It will show no cracking or flaking when bent through 180 degrees over a 1/32" mandrel and then bent at the same point over the same size mandrel in the opposite direction through 360 degrees. The material conforms to A.S.T.M. Standards D-822 for at least 400 hours. Strict quality control assures full weight and uniform thickness.
Sealant Products	Cop-R-Tite Mastic	Cop-R-Tite Flashing Mastic is a compounded composition of asphalt, mineral stabilizers, and interfibe. It is manufactured to a trowel grade consistency, which will provide a durable, elastic coating highly resistant to weathering while providing excellent adhesion properties. Cop-R-Tite Flashing Mastic performs well over a wide range of temperature and weather conditions. It complies with all requirements of Federal Specifications SS-C-153, Type 1 and ASTM 02822, Type 1 and SSPC No. 12.
	Type-R-Cement	Type R Cement produces a strong bond between Moistseal and other surfaces. It is also excellent for bonding other materials such as Tedlar, neoprene, and foamed polystyrene. Unlike asphalt mastics that cause plasticizer migration when used with PVC, Type R Cement is compatible with all PVC and polyethylene materials and also asphaltic materials.

Residential Products
Deck Flashing Products	Cop-R-Shield	Advanced Building Products is proud to introduce Cop-R-Shield flashing for residential wood frame construction. With a track record of over 30 years in the residential and commercial industry, Cop-R-Shield has worked extremely well as a termite shield and thru-wall flashing on wood framed construction. New preservatives such as Alkaline Copper Quaternary (ACQ) used on pressure treated lumber create a compatibility concern between aluminum flashing and treated lumber. Certain dissimilar metals, such as copper and aluminum, cause corrosion when in contact with each other. Cop-R-Shield consists of a full sheet of copper, available in weights of 2 oz. and 3 oz. per square foot with rolls either 20' or 60' long.
	Cop-R-Shield PC	This high quality copper laminated flashing provides multiple benefits when working with treated lumber. The copper side of the flashing is compatible with the framing, while the UV protected poly provides a barrier between the metal fasteners and the treated lumber. The system provides a simple solution to solving incompatibility issues when fastening treated lumber. Note: Cop-R-Shield PC is adhered using a hot melt glue. Cop-R-Shield PC consists of a full sheet of copper, available in weights of 2 oz. and 3 oz. per square foot with rolls either 20' or 60' long.
	Dual Flash & Ledger Flash	Dual-Flash is a flexible PVC membrane installed over the ledger board, protecting the joist hangers from contact with treated lumber. Dual-Flash is the first "reversible" deck flashing. White on one side and sandstone on the other gives homeowners the flexibility of two color choices in one product. Ledger-Flash is a rigid, pre-formed PVC sheet with pre-punched holes for easier installation. Available in two colors, white or sandstone. Please specify color when ordering. Both Ledger-Flash and Dual-Flash should be fastened to the exterior sheathing using 304 stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized fasteners.
