We had our beginnings over a hundred years ago, when the Los Angeles Ladder Company started operation. Today ALACO manufactures over 800 different models of aluminum, wood and fiberglass ladders, including a complete line of commercial and designer Library Ladders.

ALACO has been engineering and manufacturing a wide array of ladders for numerous applications for a great number of years. Ladders are our only business, so from a liability and business standpoint, it is critical that we stay up to date on the latest OSHA and ANSI safety requirements for quality and safety. All ALACO ladders meet or exceed these stringent requirements.
If a ladder is improperly manufactured or installed or doesn’t meet the necessary quality and safety requirements and someone is injured or killed, the owner of the building is open to tremendous liability. ALACO is by far the most qualified to handle these important details.
