Aegis II®
|
Aegis II® was designed and engineered to give architects and developers an attractive vertical picket ornamental steel fence of the highest quality at an affordable price. These dual features of quality and affordability were achieved through state-of-the-art metal processing and powder coating technology. Ameristar's in-house tube mill facilitates production of the patented "Forerunner™ rails", as well as the steel pickets and posts for this industrial ornamental fence. The high-speed automated production of these G-90 galvanized fence components results in lower manufacturing costs and prompt delivery. The unique PermaCoat® (double layer) electrostatic powder coating process adds a superior maintenance-free finish in a range of colors. When compared to conventional systems framed to standard channels, Aegis II® with the patented Forerunner™ Double-walled "U" Channel Rail offers considerably greater strength due to its specially formed architectural shape.

Echelon II™

Echelon II™ is the first aluminum fence to incorporate Ameristar’s innovative ForeRunner™ rail technology; the internal picket-to-rail retaining rod fastening system that facilitates a grade change of 25%. In addition to being the only aluminum rail to produce both panel biasability and fastener invisibility, the special aluminum ForeRunner™ rail extrusion possesses unparalleled strength; 75% stronger than other industrial aluminum ornamental fence rails and 37% stronger than the “U-channels” used in competing industrial steel ornamental fences.

The Impasse™ Security Fence was designed and engineered to meet the expressed needs of security specialists, consultants and engineers - the need for a value added security fence that delayed forced entry for a time period sufficient to bring secondary security measures into play. To make the Impasse™ system an even more relevant answer to physical security demands, the base design was configured to be easily accessorized with added anti-ram barrier capability and anti-climb inserts, as well as sensor and alarm systems. The Ameristar AdapTrack™ Gate Conversion Kit is a complete set of basic parts, hardware and accessories designed to convert any basic fence panel or gate into a smoothly sliding cantilever gate. The track itself is a specially designed one-piece aluminum extrusion (alloy 6005-T5) weighing 4 pounds per foot. The shape of the extrusion provides a completely enclosed casing for the interior roll of the truck assembly and a saw-toothed mounting surface that inhibits the framing from slipping out of position.
