Materials
	High Pressure Laminate		click to enlarge Ampco Plastic Laminate Compartment Systems are the most popular specification, especially when a design requires flexibility, aesthetics, and economy. Ampco's High Pressure Laminate components utilize NEMA GP-50 high pressure laminate and industrial Grade 45lb. density particleboard. Bonding the edges before face laminate promotes water runoff and inhibits deterioration and corrosion. Ampco features a full range of solid designer colors, patterns and finished. Heavy duty cast chrome plated non-ferrous hinges and bracket hardware are standard.

	Phenolic Core with PVC Edging		click to enlarge With Ampco’s 3 mm PVC/ABS edge tape, you can color-match your component edging with the corresponding surface. The tape is structurally bonded to the phenolic core material. Choose from an array of colors and patterns to enhance your overall design aesthetic. 	Evergreen		Evergreen is a solid color core phenolic compartment system that is tough and durable in a choice of six earthtone colors. This beautiful material has solid color throughout and is popular in high traffic public buildings, schools, and institutional facilities. Like our standard phenolic material, the core is virtually indestructible and suitable for wet areas.
	Metal, Powder Coated Baked Enamel		click to enlarge Ampco Steel Powder Coated Baked Enamel Compartment Systems are economical and long lasting. Ampco's baked enamel system provides the toughest paint finish in the industry as measured by ASTM standards for salt spray, humidity and impact. Rounded stile and door edges provide a soft relief and prevent edge chipping.

Luxurious colors and pattern throughout the material thickness offer the added advantage of easy on-site repair. Impervious to water, moisture and heat. Features a Class A fire rating. Solid Surface Veneer: Ampco offers restroom compartments faced with Solid Surface Veneer. The SSV material is 1/8” thick; therefore, it is more economical, yet carries the same advantages as solid surface, such as aesthetic elegance, ease of maintenance, and durability. The 1/8” veneer is bonded to a core and is available in a range of luxurious colors and patterns.
	High Pressure Laminate with Stainless Steel Edges		Ampco Plastic Laminate Compartment System with Stainless Steel Edges provide the unmatched beauty and selection of color and pattern designs. Stainless steel edges bonded prior to face laminate provide extra protection to edges and allow water runoff. Design flexibility is enhanced with a varied selection of optional metal edges or laminate. Heavy duty cast chrome non-ferrous hardware(Zamac).
Construction Styles
	Ceiling Supported		click to enlarge Ampco's ceiling supported compartments are favored installations in construction with drop ceilings or span type ceiling systems. Ampco's ceiling supported compartments also offer unobstructed floor surface for easy maintenance.
	Floor Mounted		Ampco's floor mounted compartments are recommended where ceiling heights make installation of ceiling supported compartments impractical and where overhead bracing is not required.
	Floor to Ceiling		Ampco's floor to ceiling supported compartments are a popular Ampco solution providing a sturdy installation. Mounting at the floor and ceiling eliminated the need for overhead bracing without sacrificing the rigidity and strength of the restroom compartments.
	Overhead Braced		click to enlarge Ampco's overhead braced compartments are recommended where structural rigidity is a necessity, especially where building construction and high ceilings prevent other types of installations.

	EuroLine Compartments		click to enlarge Euroline Compartment Systems feature privacy and an upscale European cubicle design. There are no sight lines between components. Panels and doors are full height. European hardware is invisible from compartment exterior. Door latch features a red and green occupancy indicator. Available in high pressure laminate, phenolic and solid surface material. Stainless steel or powder coated aluminum hardware with sturdy slimline legs and heavy-duty interior brackets. The color combination option allows mixing two, three, or more colors, opening up the design process to personal creative touches.
	Wood Doors		Ampco architectural flush wood doors are faced with laminate or unfinished wood veneer. Available fire rated up to 90 minutes or unrated. 	Door Frames		Ampco aluminum adjustable frames are factory pre-assembled and consist of three main parts, main frame and adjuster frame, and snap-on trim. This easy to install frame can be installed in a rough opening by two people in 20 minutes. Available with 20 minute and 45 minute fire rating.
