Overview:
Berger Building Products, Inc. has been servicing the roofing and siding industry since 1874. Founded in Philadelphia, we still operate facilities in the region, but to better serve our national customer base we now have production and distribution facilities in Dallas, Sacramento and Atlanta.
For many years Berger supplied copper, aluminum and steel gutter along with an assortment of accessories to complete the roof drainage system. Today our product line is more broad and varied.
Berger has over 100 years of experience in manufacturing one of the most complete lines of Snow Retention Products; we have a guard to fit nearly any type of roofing and budget.
Our AccuVent is a soffit insulation baffle made of superior quality and built to last. Pro-Master Ridge Vent is a cost effective product which helps decrease cooling/heating costs and promotes healthy, breathable air. These products help maintain proper roof ventilation.
Moisture Protection is one of the most important areas of roofing. A leak can cause immediate water damage, or even worse mold from years of exposure to moisture. Pro-Master Roof Shield UDL Synthetic Roofing Underlayment and Pro-Master Roof Shield UDL Plus Synthetic Roofing Underlayment are made of UV stabilized material rated for one-year exposure. It is lightweight and is anti-slip coated for safety. Pro-Master UDL recently received Florida Building Code approval. However, the roof is not the only place where leaks can occur. A Kick Out Diverter is a water management strategy for sloped roofs that meet vertical walls. It is effective with all types of EIFS, stucco and all exterior wall-cladding systems.

Berger, a leader in the snow guard industry since 1874, has designed 3 unique and highly functional snow retention systems, the F-Rail, E-Rail and S Rail. These non-penetrating, cast aluminum castings with steel rails are designed for standing seam roofs and easy to install. What makes these systems so unique is that the lowest rail can be positioned below the standing seam of the roof, reducing the possibility of dangerous ice slides. What makes these products so functional is their open pocket through which each rail is inserted, making installation easier and more efficient than the other products currently on the market. Snow slide protection for metal roofing has never been more affordable. BERGER SNOW BRAKES are manufactured in a crystal clear polycarbonate with U.V. stabilizers. The RTCLSM (Surface Mount) and RTCLSR (Structural Rib) have a unique vent rib system that allows for adhesive out gassing, which increases the shear and mechanical strength. The three to one base to blade ratio significantly adds to the shear and peel adhesion of the device to the surface. Superior engineering, along with the structured ribs, prevent common blade breakage.

Pro 100 Snow Guard Assembly, a heavy-duty snow guard, is available in copper and stainless steel for slate, tile and asphalt shingled roofs. The superior design of the Pro 100 includes a 1-inch gusset that reinforces the shoe, which makes this snow guard 5X stronger than traditional residential snow guards. Universal Conductor Heads
|
Our Universal Conductor Heads are made of a special blend of UV stabilized polyethylene resin to resist the stress of corrosion by acid rain or salt air. This product is white color molded throughout eliminating peeling, chipping or cracking. They can be easily cut with a round hole saw or spiral router bit to suit any outlet shape. The recessed bottom conceals the outlet attachment and there are no solder seams or solder.
