Synko-Flex® is designed as an alternative to conventional waterstops that are used in cold joints at footings, walls or slab joints. Synko-Flex does not rely on swelling upon contact with fresh concrete or water to achieve its watertight seal and waterstop capabilities. Because of this, there is never a danger of a joint "blow out" due to over expansion or improper positioning.
Aflexible, preformed ahdesive coil specially formulated butyl rubber. It swells in the presence of water, filling voids in unfinished or poorly consolidated concrete surfaces providing a lasting, watertight compression seal in non-moving joints. Because of its special butyl rubber composition it remains flexible and easy to handle during cold weather conditions.
QuicKey™ and PRO-KEY™ are stay in place metal keyed control joint formers for use in concrete flatwork as a control or construction joint. The tongue and groove design provides excellent load transfer characteristics for heavy, wheeled traffic and also prevents uneven settling associated with aggregate interlock. The use of a metal keyed control joint eliminates costly form stripping and saw cutting and slow checker-board placement of concrete.
PRO-SLOT™ Anchor Slot is a stay-in-place concrete form used in forming a channel into the face of any cast in place wall or column. By installing Dovetail Anchors into the PRO-SLOT, you can then anchor brick, block or stone to the concrete surface.

Zip Joints
Zip Joints are easily installed joint formers designed to provide positive control of transverse construction or expansion joints. The two-part assembly is designed to permit removal of the top portion after the concrete has hardened, thereby creating a clean, neatly defined void for application of caulk or sealant when specified.
