Provides easy, one-step installation. Specify and detail full-height in insulated cavity walls and stone construction where ties are located 16" O.C.
Masonry Mat	CavClear® Masonry Mat	click to enlarge The CavClear® Masonry Mat is a non-woven mesh made of 100% recycled plastic (min 20% post-consumer) in ˝-in., ž-in., 1-in., 1-1/4-in., and 1-3/4-in. thicknesses. Available in 16-in by 96-in and 8-in. by 96-in. sheets to install easily between masonry ties. CavClear® Masonry Mat prevents mortar from making contact with the backup to provide a continuous drainage and ventilation area behind the brick. Specify and detail full-height behind all brick in insulated or non-insulated masonry veneer and cavity wall systems.
Weep Vents	CavClear® Weep Vents	click to enlarge CavClear® Weep Vents are used in the vertical joints of the brick masonry units. They provide greater ventilation and moisture drainage than traditional rope wicks. The “notch” feature facilitates rapid drainage. They are made of 100% recycled plastic and come in Light Gray, Manila, Red, Charcoal, White, Rose/Salmon, and Harvest Gold to blend with the mortar.
Stone Mat	CavClear® Stone Mat	click to enlarge CavClear® Stone Mat is made of a dense, non-woven plastic mesh in 1-in. thickness designed specifically for stone construction. A continuous drainage area behind stone is beneficial to the long-term performance of the wall. No wall is waterproof. Wind-driven rain will find its way behind stone through penetrations, hairline fractures, cement mortar, and, depending on the stone porosity, through the stone itself. Additionally, condensation can produce moisture on the backside of stone. Therefore, it is important to manage the water that will undoubtedly be part of the wall system. CavClear® Stone Mat provides a continuous area that will allow water to reach the flashing and weep system in stone construction.
