Makrolon® GP general purpose polycarbonate sheet is a polished surface, UV stabilized polycarbonate product for use in glazing and industrial applications, and features outstanding impact strength and superior dimensional stability. Makrolon® GP polycarbonate sheet's five year warranty against breakage, along with its UL 94 VO rating on gauges .220" and greater, make it cost effective in a wide range of industrial glazing, design, and structural applications, and thermoformed and fabricated components.

Makrolon® AR abrasion resistant polycarbonate sheet offers superior abrasion resistance and glasslike surface hardness, along with the impact strength of polycarbonate. Backed by a limited seven year warranty against breakage and loss of light transmission, Makrolon® AR abrasion resistant polycarbonate sheet features a proprietary hardcoat technology that offers protection against chemical and UV attack. Over its lifecycle, this results in a significant reduction in maintenance cost and liability risk versus that of other glazing materials. Applications include new construction and replacement glazing in schools, medical and correctional facilities, bus shelters, and anywhere flat glazing applications require abrasion resistant materials.
Makrolon® 15 sheet is a polycarbonate product that offers high impact resistance, weathering life, and optical quality. It provides a clear aesthetic advantage over wire glass and metal screens for security glazing. Makrolon 15 withstands vandalism, forced entry attempts, and accidental impacts to minimize the risk of theft and glass replacement in damage prone areas. Formable hardcoat Makrolon® FC is a transparent polycarbonate sheet that has a formable coating on both sides. This abrasion resistant product can be cold formed or drape formed and is suitable for exterior applications. Makrolon® FC has excellent resistance to damage from windborne debris and has outstanding impact strength.
Makrolon® Lumen XT Sheet is a translucent polycarbonate product with a textured surface on one side specifically designed for lighting lenses. It features a unique combination of high light diffusion and high light transmission through a combination of optimized surface texture and advanced diffuser technologies.
When compared to other light diffusing products such as glass and acrylic, Makrolon® Lumen XT Sheet has superior impact strength and toughness. Its higher flammability resistance and wider service temperature range provide an additional performance advantage over acrylic diffusers.
The wide range of standard diffusion levels as well as both a warm (LW) or a cool (LC) hue offers designers the flexibility to maximize light fixtures' aesthetics and performance. Other surface textures are available for additional design options.

Hygard EX Laminates are engineered to meet & exceed GSA, DoD and DoS anti-terrorism force protection standards for blast resistant glazing. These products can be used as monolithic glazing or as the interior lite in dual glazed systems with glass. Hygard EX laminates are suitable for commercial and governmental window applications requiring the highest level of transparent protection against defined high pressure loads and shock waves.
