Overview:
Our low profile, narrow sight lines and clean detailing was something new in the wood window industry. Combining standard detailing for tested and proven performance with the flexibility of custom sizing, glazing, configurations and profiling, provided a new choice in window specification. Duratherm products exceed AAMA/NWWDA C40 specifications and were the industry leader in providing windows with triple glazing. Exterior woods include Teak, Cypress, Mahogany, Redwood, Douglas Fir and Spanish Cedar. Interior woods offered are Mahogany, Ash, Cherry, Oak, Maple, Redwood , Douglas Fir, Spanish Cedar and Teak. Glazing is custom according to aesthetic or performance requirements.
The beauty and function of our stile and rail swing doors is rivaled only by that of our windows themselves. Swing doors can be provided as panels and frames only, or completely hung and machined with either a three or five point locking system in both in-swing and out-swing mode.
Duratherm manufactures what we believe to be the best rolling door available on the market. Utilizing German lift/roll hardware, our rolling doors are available in various configurations including stacking and pocket. Door panels in excess of 500 lbs. can be operated with the push of a finger. Manufactured with a wood sill, condensation and freezing of door tracks are virtually eliminated.
A wide variety of finishes, glazing and haradware including operators is offered.
