Gemini also manufactures some "not so common" sign products, that are still very important in the correct signage environment. These sign components range from the .080" thick Pronto Changeable Copy Letters to the 5" deep Gemini Channel Letters. These sign components, like all Gemini products, are manufactured using the finest materials and can be shipped in just a few days.
- Gemlite™ Letters & Gemtrim
Any letter style, logo or symbol can be dramatically highlighted with Gemlite Trimcap. The combinations are extraordinary. Begin with the flexibility of a computer driven router system that cuts the letters–with precision. Add the full spectrum of colored acrylic letters. Top it off with a plastic trimcap that is carefully applied by hand and comes in 23 different colors.
- Gemini Channel Letters
Injection Molded Channel Letters are produced using Artek®, an engineering grade polymer. Gemini recycles all excess material from our channel letters which are guaranteed not to dent, chip, corrode or fade. Available in Helvetica & Times Bold, these letters are a great alternative to the usual metal channel letters.
- Gemini Pronto™: Changeable Copy Letters
Not every sign has a permanent message, but it still needs to look good and be easily read from afar. Gemini Pronto Changeable Copy letters are precision injection molded to a .080" thickness. These blanks will not warp or blow away under most conditions. Raised edges prevent scratching. Feet on the base of each letter keep it from being frozen to the track in winter. These premium blanks are silk screened with ecologically sound UV inks. This design has received U.S. Patent D 354313.
