Overview:
L.B. Plastics, Inc. specializes in rigid vinyl building products. A member of the Litchfield Group of Companies headquartered in Derby, England, our 35-acre campus is located 25 miles north of Charlotte in Mooresville, NC, has 290,000 square feet of which over 120,000 square feet is presently dedicated to inventorying products for our customers. The 40 plus production lines include extruders and injection molders used to produce both custom and proprietary profiles for deck railings, decking and other appications.
Our complete line of innovative proprietary building products include SHEERLINE® Railing, Decking, Fencing and Porch Post Systems and SHEERFRAME® Window and Door Lineals.

ULTRA-LOW MAINTENANCE DECKING WITHOUT THE SHINE
L.B. Plastics introduced its revolutionary 2”x6” SheerGrain® decking in late 2006, garnering “Most Innovative Product 2007.” L. B. Plastics, Inc., began development of SheerGrain® in response to shortcomings of wood and composite decking. Finalizing several years of R&D, L.B. Plastics, Inc., unveiled its proprietary SheerGrain® Technology, a copolymer blend whose main ingredient is acrylic. The result of this technology is a decking product like none other in today’s market.
The stunning beauty of a SheerGrain® Deck lasts a lifetime. Our new SheerGrain® Technology incorporates the attributes of acrylic, material well known to withstand the elements. SheerGrain® deckboards are mold and stain resistant. They are virtually fade-free and require an occasional soap and water cleaning. Our patented deck profile is lighter in weight and easily installs with hidden fasteners.

|
Sheerline™: PVC Railing Systems adds style, durability and elegance to deck railing, porch railing and balcony railing applications. Sheerline systems are ideal for new construction and refurbishing, both commercial and residential. Sheerline Railing is available with two very attractive top rails: the 3250 Series with a 3.25 inch wide T-Shaped top rail and the 4500 Series with a 4.5 inch wide T-Shaped top rail. Five picket options are available: 1.75 inch fluted picket, 1.5 inch square picket, 1.5 inch diamond picket, 1.5 inch Colonial spindle and 2.0 inch Colonial spindle. Porch, balcony and deck railing systems are available in both 42 inch and 36 inch top rail heights and spannnig up to 10 feet between supports meet the International Building Code as evidenced by the ICC Legacy Report Number NER-571.

Plastics has developed the ultimate deck system incorporating the excellent outdoor weathering properties of UV stabilized high impact rigid PVC into a unique, one-piece interlocking extruded profile. Our patented decking system is easier and quicker to install than two-piece systems. L. B. Plastics Uni-Deck is the answer to the age-old problems of wooden decks, is virtually maintenance free and includes all the finishing parts to complete any type of decking job.

Sheerline™ Porch Post Systems include Column Cladding, a very attractive and easy to install system for wrapping 4"x4", 6"x6" and 8"x8" wooden posts. The patented design includes extruded PVC panels that interlock around the post and allow adjustments for variations in the post dimensions.
