Overview:
NCFI formulates and manufactures foam-in-place polyurethane foam systems. NCFI nationally sells and services foam mixing and dispensing equipment providing end-users with one source for their foam needs.
NCFI was organized in 1964 by Dr. H.W. Bradley, a research chemist, and Barnhardt Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of fiber cushioning materials whose founding dates back to 1900. Soon after its organization, NCFI had earned a reputation as a quality manufacturer of flexible polyurethane foam for the bedding and furniture industry.
In 1967, NCFI began formulating foam-in-place systems for insulating cold storage buildings. NCFI expanded the product line with development of highly successful systems for roofing applications, multiple types of commercial and residential insulation, taxidermy, specialty moldings, and marine applications. NCFI provides equipment and application training, engineering expertise for specifications and designs, and a professionally trained contractor base for spray foam applications.
NCFI's R&D center, with full development and testing capabilities, is unique among spray polyurethane foam systems suppliers in the United States.

InsulStar
|
NCFI's InsulStar high-performance insulation is a nominal 2.0lb/cu. ft. density, closed-cell spray foam (SPF) that can be sprayed in place that adheres to oddly shaped surfaces. InsulStar's R-value is above R 6.4 per inch, compared to fiberglass bat at R 3.5. InsulStar will stop air infiltration and eliminate convective looping which saves you, the building owner, a tremendous amount of energy (i.e., MONEY).

AgriThane
|
NCFI's spray-in-place polyurethane spray foam insulation system designed to be used in industrial settings and in agricultural facilities is called AgriThane. As an example, AgriThane can be used to insulate cold-storage buildings for agricultural products and poultry houses. AgriThane reduces operating costs in poultry houses by effectively eliminating unwanted air infiltration, sealing and insulating side walls, end walls, and ridge caps, either in new or retrofit applications. NCFI's Spray Polyurethane Foam AgriThane can also be used to completely seal and insulate curtain side walls, further reducing energy consumption.
