The Originators, Plastic Components is the industry leader in the development of new and innovative products for the Stucco, EIFS, DEFS, and drywall market. Since 1969, Plastic Components has been manufacturing the highest quality PVC accessories from the finest compounds available. From the development of standard trim accessories to the leading edge technology of injection moulded one piece stucco intersections, plastic lath, a variety of drainage TRAC products for EIFS, ventilation products and other unique trims. These products are supplied from two manufacturing facilities through a worldwide network of dealers from six stocking warehouses.
Since 1969, Plastic Components has delivered the highest quality products in the industry. And we can prove it. We were the first PVC trim manufacturer to submit its products to an independent third party testing organization for evaluation and certification. Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd./Warnock Hersey, the internationally known testing organization, conducted a comprehensive review of our manufacturing facility and processes, examining everything from receipt and qualification of raw materials, through manufacturing, packaging and shipping of our finished product. This is an on-going process conducted by Warnock Hersey.
We are pleased to say that our products meet or exceed the high standards set by ASTM for tensile and flexural strength, dimensional stability, and exterior weather resistance. Our trims are now listed with Intertek Testing Services/ Warnock Hersey - assuring you of outstanding product performance and proven compliance with ASTM standard D4216.

Their purpose is to provide architects and contractors with a rust-free, damage resistant, economical alternative to galvanized and aluminum accessories. These accessories can be applied to ULTRA-LATH®, metal lath, masonry, wood base sheathing products, gypsum sheathing, cement sheathing products, block and any other approved substrate.

|
Use at areas where stucco terminates at foundations, windows, doors or any other termination point. Will not rust or dent.

This popular "M" design not only provides control of substrate movement but also gives the appearance of a narrow reveal. Removable tape keeps the "V" clean during installation.

|

Bridge Screed
|
Acts as a bridge to form a gap between a horizontal and vertical wall. The stop bead portion stops the stucco while the angled insert butts up to vertical wall.

Used as an expansion joint while providing a reveal. Designed to expand and contract hen severe movement is anticipated. When using in the vertical application, the lath should be split before installing the slip joint. When used in a horizontal plane, the same procedure should be used before placing the female side on top.

ULTRA-TRAC®
|
ULTRA-TRAC® one-piece intersections are field engineered to give you a durable, clear, clean channel and watertight intersection every time. The one-piece base has built-in alignment guides for the plaster reveal and also provides a base for caulking the connecting reveal. Eliminates the connector clip at intersection.

Low cost and simple solution to venting soffit areas. Wide nailing flange makes installation easier. Will not rust or corrode. Excellent paint adhesion. "Eyebrow" assures excellent keying of stucco to the leg. Connector clip included.

Provides a rustproof, high impact resistant non-kinking corner. The design of the hole pattern in the flanges allows the stucco to flow through forming a solid layer giving the corner extra strength. Larger holes in the nailing flange make it easier to install when using stub nails.

|
For either exterior or interior vertical application; should only be used for non-rated assemblies. The self-furring ridges provide exceptional keying and are applied towards the substrate. ULTRA-LATH® is impervious to sand and any harsh chemicals found in portland based stucco. IT WILL NEVER RUST. It may be installed over any code approved substrate. Can not be used in horizontal soffit applications.

One coat stucco is an alternative to regular stucco. It can be installed faster, in about 40% less time, meaning big dollar savings. Another primary benefit is that you can use a variety of substrates particularly EPS board which increases the R-values of sidewalls.

STARTER TRAC®
|
A high impact and rustproof starter trac or casing bead for "hard coat" insulated systems. Serves as a shelf for the EPS board to sit in. Design allows for 1/4" (6 mm) modified stucco and lathing material to terminate and maintain a clean, straight edge.

|
|
|
|
|
These products are designed to help eliminate labor intensive practices (such as rasping and back wrapping) and to provide straight and impact resistant edges. The Starter Trac™ with drip edge will stop any moisture from running down the face and back into the system. Starter tracs and casing beads will also eliminate the need to apply finish at the termination point. A separate line of heavy duty casing beads for the modified �hard coat� cement stucco systems are available. These products are designed for the EPS board to sit in a protective shelf, and allow for either a 1/4" or 1/2" thick stucco to be applied.

Window or door drip edge. Sloped front edge allows moisture to shed down surface and not enter into the framing.

Water management product designed to provide positive slope at window sill. Window frame sits on sloped sill wedge, and directs moisture towards the face of the moisture barrier where it drains out the bottom of the system.

A surface mounted 45 degree angled bead that can be used around windows, doors and any termination point as a backing for perimeter sealant application. All exposed surfaces have striations that provide a positive bonding of caulk and base material. Angled portion is 5/8" (16 mm) wide; surface flange is 1-3/4" (44 mm) wide and has a built-in 1/8" (3 mm) stop to assure proper base and finish thickness.

A TRAC for EIFS with a double row of drainage holes at the rear of the TRAC. Its 2" (51 mm) wide nailing flange, and nail holes set at 4" (100 mm) o.c. offer easier attachment. The 1" (25 mm) return face flange has a double row of holes that allow for positive bonding of the base coat to the substrate.

ULTRA-CORNER, a thin - 1/16" (2 mm) - flexible profile, for use in cathedral ceilings or walls where off angle corners meet. Can be angled to any degree. Simply attach with adhesive or drywall mud.
