SBC flashings offer a premium solution to flashing penetrations to wall or roof with ease of installation and no maintenance. Standard models address pipes, channels, I and H Beams, angles, square tubes, and struts. Our flashings are designed to outlive the roof and address an array of problems both for new and retrofit requirements. Flashings can be designed to handle slope or unique multiple penetrations. Standard flashings are stainless steel but special metal requirements can be done. Maintenance free, efficient, and sized to fit, SBC is approved and endorsed by leading membrane systems manufacturers and are specified on major projects nationwide. Units are typically used on W flange Channel Flashing columns, horizontal I Beams, equipment screens and chair rail channels D (divided two piece) S (one piece slip over).
MODEL A/D (2 Piece Divided)
Intended Use:
Designed for new or reroof applications. Unit is typically used on angle irons that support mechanical equipment, ducts, and equipment screens.
MODEL A/S (1 Piece Slip-On)
Intended Use:
Primarily for new construction and project fabricated structure flashings.
Advantages:
1. Prefabricated for proper fit on angle iron from 1 1/4" - 6" and slopes to 45 degrees.
2. Impervious to damage by U.V. and most chemicals. Sealant cover provides total U.V. shielding.
3. Requires absolutely no maintenance.
