Brick Snaps®
|
Brick Snaps® inlay system is a revolutionary way to integrally cast thin brick into PRECAST or TILT-UP concrete. This innovative method saves TIME and MONEY over conventional field-applied brick and produces a superior structure.
With Brick Snaps®, a variety of masonry finishes can be achieved without utilizing a bricklayer. Because the brick veneer is an integral part of the concrete, the need for weep cavities, lintels and anchor clip designs is eliminated. Flashing details are simplified.
Brick faced concrete is beautiful, economical and fast. When the wall goes up, the brick is already in place! Brick Snaps® have many advantages over conventional masonry.

Rim Snaps
|
The Rim Snap is the new and improved version of the Brick Snap®. Rim Snaps are ideal for vertical applications and are perfect for accommodating corner brick on returns.
Like the Brick Snap®, the Rim Snap is an individual plastic template/brick holder with interlocking tabs that connect together on the pour surface. The Rim Snap, however, has a rubber-type of gasket rim the holds the brick securley in place.
Rim Snaps are perfect for small or large-scale barrier walls and residential construction. Rim Snaps assemble easily and attach to foundation and poured in-place forms to produce a real brick facade integrally cast into concrete.

Brick Gasket Liner
|
A brick-patterned elastomeric form liner is made to spec; thin bricks are placed into the liner pockets and concrete is poured over the back of the assembly, integrally casting the brick tiles into the concrete. The liner is stripped revealing a hard rock concrete panel with an elegant and permanent brick finish.
The brick patterned formliner is made of tough, reusable elastomeric urethane to ANY coursing pattern. Arches, radii, ornate corbels, and numerous bonding patterns can be accommodated enabling expensive masonry work to be produced at a production line pace. The Brick Gasket Liner is intended for PRECAST use only and specifically where a hgh number of identical panels are to be produced. The reusable gasket liner is economical because with each use, the cost impact on your projects decreases dramatically.
Brick Gasket form liners are made in sheets in ANY size imaginable and allow for variations in brick tolerance and types. Brick Gasket form liners are also available in a number of MORTAR JOINT configurations. One of these joint details should work for your specified brick (or we can make one that will).

A variety of brick colors and textures are available including wire-cut, hand-molded and smooth-face surfaces in multiple shades and blends. Many brick sizes and trim pieces are also available for Scott’s brick-inlay systems. Standard and utility size are the most common. Modular (4” x 8”) and Norman (2 ¼” x 12”) size brick can be accommodated. Brick provided by Scott System is much thinner than conventional masonry (usually ½”) and guaranteed to fit our template systems.
