Stevens EP 45 and 60 mil.
|
Stevens EP is America's first reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane. Since it was introduced in 1993 nearly one half billion square feet of Stevens EP have been installed around the globe.
Stevens EP offers the designer, owner, and contractor the best of all worlds: the weatherability of an ethylene-propylene rubber, the strength and reliability of a plasticizer free, hot air-welded thermoplastic membrane, and a choice of colors.
Stevens EP can be used in both new and retrofit applications, meets UL and FM approvals, and is highly resistant to most chemicals commonly found in rooftop environments.

Stevens EP-Fleece
|
Stevens EP has been combined with a high quality non-woven polyester backing to create the world's first reinforced TPO fleece backed membrane.
Stevens EP-Fleece is easy-to-install and can deliver the highest wind-uplift classification ratings ever achieved by a TPO roofing membrane system.
Stevens EP-Fleece can be mechanically attached or fully adhered and used in both new and re-roofing applications.

Stevens EV (PVC/Elvaloy)
|
Stevens EV is a premium PVC membrane based on DuPont Elvaloy® ketone ethylene ester. Elvaloy is a high molecular weight, non-migrating polymer that helps Stevens EV maintain its flexibility, appearance and color after installation and exposure to the elements. Stevens EV is ideally suited for new and re-roofing applications. The membrane comes in standard thickness of 45-, 60- and 80-mil (1.14-, 1.52-, 2-mm). Stevens EV is packaged in standard rolls that are 76.5-in. wide X 100-feet long.

GardenTop
|
The Stevens GardenTop System combines superior roofing membrane, insulation components and water management technology to deliver maximum performance, design flexibility and installation efficiency.
There are two Stevens GardenTop System options: intensive and extensive.
The difference between the two is the depth of growing medium contained in the system. An intensive system, or “deep” system, has soil depth greater than six inches. The extensive system uses less growing medium, between two and six inches, to support its plant life.
Intensive System
The intensive system places the waterproofing membrane directly over a high load capacity roof deck and the remaining system components, such as the insulation and drainage system, between it and the growing medium. High density, closed cell insulation is used. A Stevens GardenTop Drain multi- component drainage system facilitates the vertical and horizontal flow of water through the roof assembly to the roof drains and provides air movement across the membrane surface.
Extensive System
An adhered roof assembly is the basis of the extensive system. High density DensDeck® Prime Roof Board provides a durable substrate for the membrane.
Stevens GardenTop Drain is placed on the membrane to provide: a high volume exit for water, reservoirs for water retention and an EPA certified fabric that protects against root intrusion. The shallow growing medium and plantings complete the extensive system.

Stevens Hypalon®
|
Stevens Hypalon is a reinforced, heat-weldable, membrane based on DuPont-Dow Hypalon, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) synthetic rubber.
In its initial installed form, Stevens Hypalon is thermoplastic in nature, which allows it to be hot-air welded. After installation and exposure to the elements, Stevens Hypalon cures into a crossed linked rubber. Once cured to its ultimate strength, Stevens Hypalon shows little change in extensibility and tensile strength.

Stevens Iso-2000 is a closed-cell, polyisocyanurate core integrally laminated to heavy black (non-asphaltic), fiber-reinforced felt facers. Stevens Iso-2000 Insulations are specifically recommended for single-ply membrane systems, hot asphalt or coal tar BUR and modified bitumen. Stevens Iso-2000 has a perforated facer on one side for use with hot-applied systems and a non-perforated side for single-ply systems, making this a universally adaptable insulation product suitable for a variety of applications.
Stevens Iso-2000 Tapered Insulation is manufactured in a tapered profile to provide positive drainage while maintaining maximum thermal efficiency. All Stevens Iso 2000 is made with a standard 20-psi formula; however, a 25-psi formula is available.

|
Intended for use on mechanically attached, fully adhered, certain vented roof systems (VRS), the Stevens Total Roofing System, and some ballasted roof installations, pre-engineered Stevens Edge Metal Systems meet FM approvals for wind-uplift and have been designed to offer protection against roof-edge damage due to high winds. Each carries a warranty equal to the term of the Dow Roofing System warranty. All Stevens Edge Metal Systems may be used in conjunction with any Stevens membrane.

The Stevens Edge System is our most popular fascia system and consists of a heavy formed 1/4 hard aluminum anchor rail and a snap-on fascia cover. The membrane is fastened and held in place over the edge of the roof by the anchor rail. The snap-on cover floats freely to allow for thermal expansion and contraction. Corrosion resistant 1 5/8-in. fasteners with neoprene gaskets ensure a water-tight fit.

The Stevens Fascia System consists of a heavy extruded aluminum anchor bar pre-slotted 12-in. (30.5-cm), on center, corrosion resistant fasteners and snap-on fascia cover. The uniquely engineered Stevens Fascia System design provides superb protection against roof edge damage caused by high winds when installed according to Dow's specifications.

The Stevens Cap is a snap-on parapet wall cap designed for attachment to either treated wood nailers or directly over masonry or concrete walls. This system is custom fabricated to meet exact job requirements and includes a unique, stainless steel spring compression cleat system that ensures positive attachment. In addition, the system includes 8-in. (20.3-cm) wide concealed splice plates with dual non-curing sealant strips for watertight installation.

Stevens System 200 is a “formed” two-piece fascia system for use with ballasted roofing applications. A unique design securely positions fascia panels and eliminates splice plate migration, while allowing full expansion/contraction of the fascia material. No exposed fasteners, no unsightly cover plates, and ease of installation highlight this roof edge system.

Stevens EP Profile is specifically designed as an aesthetic element for use on visible roof surfaces covered with the Stevens EP brand of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin). In addition, the Stevens EP Profile can be installed on an entire roof surface or only on a portion of the product, such as on a mansard.

The Stevens Vented Roof System (VRS) combines a reliable, time proven Stevens EP or Stevens Hypalon roofing membrane with an air-sealed assembly and release vent technology. This creates a system that neutralized the power of the wind and keeps the membrane tightly secured to a monolithic deck or air barrier over steel or wood. All without the need for added cost of fasteners, stone ballast, pavers or adhesives in the field of the roof.

Dow Roofing Systems recognizes the benefits in Energy Star® certified roofs to both the building owner and environment.
Since reflective Energy Star-labeled roof products can reduce the amount of air conditioning needed to cool buildings, the EPA asserts energy bills can be reduced by up to 50%. Reflective roofs can also reduce peak cooling demand by 10% to 15%, enabling building owners to buy smaller, less expensive HVAC systems, say EPA representatives.
