Overview:
The Twirl Jet Spas has been building spas differently since 1968. The Spa and matching Equipment Package are sold together as a "System" directly to the contractor or the owner. Each system is designed from an architect's or contractor's drawings and made to meet each project's needs and specifications. Whether installed on a rooftop or in a basement, all details, including the utilities, are reviewed. Assistance for obtaining the health permit is included in order to insure compliance with applicable codes.
The spa is made as a one piece unit, complete with handrail anchors, fittings, skimmer and drains. The spa is constructed from fiberglass and vinyl ester resin with a high gloss NPG gel coat finish. The ETL listed Equipment Package is completely pre-piped and pre-wired with NSF components. The electrical panel includes all GFIC circuit breakers and only requires the final power connection. Control Switches and the light are included. Fieldwork includes connecting the PVC pipes from the spa to the equipment plus water, power, sewer and floor drains. The piping on the spa and on the equipment is already complete.
The therapy action is the best. The strong stream from our six hole Twirl Jet® uses matched venturi for the greatest amount of air to gently massage a larger area of the body than a single hole jet. Unique to these spas are the lower Vibra Jets that provide large bubbles for massage of the feet, legs and thighs. These jets provide more therapy action than found in standard spas.
Features:
• Spas may be directly RECESSED on a sand bed and backfilled with sand. They may be installed ON-DECK on a slab, block or steel. No additional support is needed.
• Spas are hand laminated in one piece including the skimmer, drains, all jet fittings, light shell and handrail sockets. This eliminates problems associated with cutting in fittings and skimmers.
• Spas may be flush or raised 3" above finish deck to allow for varying deck heights and drainage away from the spa. A handhold is provided when the spa is raised.
• The ETL approved Equipment Package has been tested at 3000 volts and is built to meet building and health department codes.
• Equipment Package components are UL and NSF listed. Filter types and components will vary and are selected to meet the requirements for each project.
• Systems are located in all states as well as overseas - from Russia to Australia. They are also located on military bases and cruise ships.
• Systems can be designed to meet special requirements such as voltage and cycle needs as well as special filtration or heating requirements.
• Heaters may be Gas, LP, Electric, Heat Exchanger, Heat Pump or Chiller Heat Pump.
• Upon receipt of drawings, we can provide the layout of utility requirements and locations, spa piping and equipment room layout.
Models provide both upper and lower jets for 4, 6 or 8 persons. Sizes range from 500 gallons to 1100 gallons. Designed for In-Ground or On Deck with no additional support.
Commercial and Residential Packages are fully assembled to each project's requirements and specifications. Designs are modified as required from architect's drawings.
Both 14 foot and 20 foot Models include 2 Swim Jets capable of creating a current in excess of 9,000 GPM. The jets flow and volume can be adjusted to provide resistance for an enjoyable, therapeutic walk, jog or swim. Air can be added at the dial located above the jets. The combination Model 10-20-4SS has Swim Jets plus therapy jets for six people. Jets are located both above and below the side seating.
The new Model 5-10-5 is 5 feet deep with 9" steps. The 3' x 6' x 5' deep exercise area is designed for medical facilities or homes with limited space and a need for full emersion exercise. A treadmill can be included. The 9" x 18" steps lead to a seating area that includes therapy jets like our standard spas. A Handrail and grab rails are installed and can be reached from anywhere within the spa.
Models provide both upper and lower jets for 6, 10 or 12 persons. Models range from 850 gallons to 2000 gallons. Designed for In-Ground or On Deck with no additional support.
