Steel manufactures a complete line of Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled and Coated Sheet products that are used by our customers to manufacture the highest quality roofing, siding, framing, decking, door and HVAC products. Our modern mills are strategically located to provide our customers with very high quality, economically priced steel products. Products we produce include Galvalume®, ACRYLUME®, Galvanized, ACRYZINC® coated Sheet products. Galvanized and Galvalume® are also available as Prepainted.
a zinc-aluminum coated steel sheet product that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of a GALVALUME® steel sheet coating with a clear organic polymer surface treatment that is applied over the GALVALUME® steel sheet coating.
USS ACRYZINC® Sheet is a coated sheet product that combines the corrosion resistance of a galvanized coating with a clear organic resin surface treatment that is applied over the galvanized coating. The surface treatment is essentially invisible, but it provides excellent characteristics to enhance the performance and applicability of galvanized sheet.
The prepainting process is designed to produce highly uniform, high-quality paint coatings. The combination of quality steel (Galvanized, GALVALUME-coated or cold rolled) and coil-coater-applied high-quality paint results in significant advantages and benefits.
