Durable rubber compound integrated with high strength synthetic fibers, resulting in an integral bearing pad with excellent physical properties and weather resistance. Durable dense rubber with excellent compressive strength, hardness, tear resistance and cold weather flexibility. "Green Product" molded from masticated rubber using discarded tires.

The primary reason for specifying Rubber Waterstops rather than metal or PVC is their superior performance in withstanding shear movements and to resisting hydrostatic pressure.
Rubber Waterstops will elongate over four times original size (ASTM D 412-75) and will continue returning to near original shape after repeated movement. They have very low compression set and perform well at low temperatures.
The Williams System features sleeve type fittings that provide fast positive splicing and precise waterstop alignment. Fittings are manufactured from the same elastomers/polymers as the waterstop.

Neoprene rubber is more expensive and is used where hostile environmental conditions are present and the waterstop is exposed to continuous heavy concentrations of oil, gasoline, sewerage, ozone, ultra-violet rays or injurious chemicals. Special situations may require special materials and designs. These are available from Williams Products, Inc.

Everlastic® Weathertite R / Slot Seal Standard(CMU Control Joints)
Williams Masonry Control Joint materials are made of quality elastomers, meeting ASTM material standards. These control joint gaskets provide more than one functional feature for a given application. These custom designed seals furnish an excellent seal and function as a second line of defense when sealants fail from in-service use. These sealants will shed water and will reduce sound and thermal transmission. Shear loads from wind are transferred to the concrete masonry units with our gaskets in control joints.

Neo Seal IV
The Neo Seal IV gasket is used as a joint filler, a back -up rod and a compressible material in brick expansion joints. This multi-functional product provides excellent control during installation because one component is used instead of two, minimizing labor costs at each expansion joint. Neo Seal IV is an expanded closed cell neoprene material, extruded gasket, with four connected tubes. The elastomer is non-absorbent and is inert to heat, cold and atmospheric acids. The specially formed tubes compress to approximately 3-1/4" in overall width when installed in a conventional 3/8" brick expansion joint. This gasket provides an effective seal against moisture entering the joint causing frost damage.

The Williams-Goodco brick vent is an injection molded vent made from flexible polyvinyl chloride in an offset "T" shape. When inserted in vertical mortar joints between two bricks the slotted leg of the vent allows air to pass in and out allows water to weep out and prevents water from penetrating in.

Williams Masonry Control Materials are designed to prevent destructive cracking in masonry (from temperature and drying shrinkage, differential movement of structural members and surrounding masonry, settling of foundations, etc.) While stress relieving masonry, Williams? materials also seal out moisture and cold air at a reasonable price.

Everlastic® Wide Joint Seal is a pre-factory cured strip of silicone sealant adhered to rectangular polyurethane backer. The polyurethane backer is wider than the joint opening and the silicone is of a lesser width than the joint opening. The backer is compressed and placed into the joint, thus holding the cured silicone in a vertical position and leaving a recess on either side of the cured silicone and parallel substrate. A wet silicone sealant is caulked and tooled into the recess bridging the cured silicone and the interface of the parallel substrate.
