The StrongArm™ Dock Lip Barrier is your line of defense to prevent accidental forklift roll-off when the overhead door is open and no trailer is stationed at the dock. When in the stored position, the StrongArm™ Dock Lip Barrier extends 5” above the cross traffic position providing an active, full dock width solid steel barrier. When the dock is being used or the lip is in the extended working position, the lip remains flush or level with the deck plate providing smooth, unobstructed transition for materials loading or unloading. Also included are the means of lowering the lip below level dock operations.

U-Series Mechanical
|
The U-Series mechanical Dock Leveler is easy to operate - no heavy lifting. Simply pull the release chain. The deck is driven up by heavy duty lift springs and the lip is smoothly powered out to the locked position. Dock is then “walked” down onto the truck bed. When the truck departs, the lip releases, allowing the unit to be returned to the cross traffic position. BLUE GIANT features a patented friction type hold down system. Instant hold at any point in the full operating cycle.

A-Series Mechanical
|
Blue Giant model M-Mechanical Dock Levelers offer excellent value. To operate, pull the release chain. Blue Giant's A-Series heavy duty lift springs do the work. The deck rises and the lip is smoothly powered out of the locked position. Simply walk the deck down onto the truck bed and begin loading. On truck departure, the lip automatically releases and lowers allowing the unit to be returned to the cross traffic position.
