OpenAire Inc. has been building quality retractable enclosures and operable skylights since 1989. For both residential and commercial clients, we custom build beautiful structures that open many different spaces up to the sun, air and stars. These include pools, atriums, patios, anywhere that a truly open space is desired. OpenAire has opened up, health clubs, waterparks, YMCA's, waste-water treatment plants, private residences, hotels, observatories and more. OpenAire can meet the needs of any application through our superior design capabilities; operable domes, retractable barrel vaults, up, down or around, anything is possible.

- 1 inch (25mm) quintuple wall polycarbonate
- ETFE membrane (the only truly operable ETFE system, allows the venting
of excess heat naturally)
- Conventional materials can be used in the vertical areas (stone, wood,
stucco, etc.) to achieve whatever aesthetic effect you desire
- Opaque roofing options are availble (standing seam metal, shingle,
slate, etc.)
- Complete design flexiblity, whether in materials or shape (gable, single
