|
A Crown exclusive. CrownCove™ is a polymer precast cove base moldings specifically designed to create a seamless water and chemical proof connection between the floor and wall. CrownCove™ is available in both 4 & 6-inch (100 & 150 mm) heights, with matching pre-formed inside and outside corners. Once in place CrownCove™ forms a monolithic bond with polymer and cementitious floor products and provides a consistent, seamless floor to wall transition, creating a consistent look and an easy to maintain sanitary floor. |
Pigmented colored quartz aggregate is mixed with an epoxy base coat and top coated with UV resistant polyurea to create a decorative and durable Epoxy Polymer Concrete. CrownImage™
|
The system is a composite of a printed fabric that is applied to an epoxy overlay. The fabric is bonded to the overlay with UV resistant polyurea. The finished composite is then textured to meet OSHA and ADA slip resistant standards. The overlay creates a three-dimensional appearance. The inlaid images are so realistic that people often try to pick them up. The system can provide corporate branding of products or image in a dense, non porous overlay that is easy to clean and maintain.

The waterproof seal is used for moveable cracks on interior or exterior applications. It stops water transfer and allows natural thermal movements or vibrations above and below the water line. It maybe used in seamless floor systems.
