Also known as gypsum board, or drywall, ProRoc® Regular is a durable, lightweight, cost-effective building material produced for interior walls and ceilings. Consisting of a premium quality, non-combustible gypsum.
ProRoc® Regular gypsum board is encased in a smooth face (front) and back covering of 100% recycled paper. The tapered edges are precision manufactured and paper bound to promote easy joint finishing, making ProRoc® Regular the ideal choice for finishing interior walls and ceilings. Once primed, it can be painted, wallpapered, or textured for the desired look.
ProRoc® Type X Gypsum Board is an interior gypsum boards consisting of a solid set, fire resistive,Type X gypsum core enclosed in ivory-colored face paper and a strong liner back paper. ProRoc® Type X board features a specially formulated core providing fire resistance ratings when used in tested assemblies. Long edges are slightly tapered, allowing joints to be reinforced and concealed with joint tape and joint compound. ProRoc® Type X Gypsum Board is available in a variety of lengths and widths. Fire ratings up to four hours.
ProRoc® Type C contains a specially formulated gypsum core that meets all the ASTM and CSA requirements of a Type X wallboard. Ingredients added to the core provide improved fire performance over Type X products. All Type C products are manufactured with 100% recycled paper that can be finished, painted, textured or wallpapered using regular gypsum board techniques.

ProRoc® Evenwall™ Gypsum Board is an interior gypsum board consisting of a solid set, fire-resistive gypsum core enclosed in ivory-colored face paper and liner back paper. Long edges are rounded and tapered, allowing joints to be reinforced and concealed with joint tape and joint compound. ProRoc Evenwall Gypsum Board is available in a variety of lengths. Also available in Type X for enhance fire resistance.
Gypsum board designed to provide moisture resistance
For use in interior applications where greater than normal moisture resistance is required. Commonly known as moisture resistant gypsum board, M-R board, or green board, ProRoc® Moisture Resistant Gypsum Board products are designed to provide better moisture resistance. All ProRoc® Moisture Resistant products are manufactured with a specially formulated moisture resistant core encased in water resistant 100% recycled paper. This combination provides an effective barrier to moisture penetration. The product is recognizable by its signature green face paper.
Also available in Type X for enhance fire resistance.
Shaftwall and Area Separation Firewall Systems.
M2Tech® Moisture and Mold Resistant Shaftliner Type X is a 1" thick and 2 ft wide gypsum shaftliner and coreboard with a fire resistive core enclosed in a moisture and mold resistant light violet paper for use in Shaftwall and Area Separation Firewall systems where enhanced mold resistance is preferred. M2Tech Shaftliner is available in a variety of lengths.

Weather-resistant Type X gypsum sheathing produced with BPB's proprietary Enhanced Glass Reinforced Gypsum Technology. Appropriate substrate in EIF Systems, one-coat and conventional stucco systems, traditional cladding systems, exterior ceilings, soffit systems and exterior curved applications.
For exterior wall applications where exposure conditions may be severe.
A water-repellent gypsum sheathing for application to the outside of building framing members, and serves as the base for the exterior wall finish. Used as attachments to the outside of exterior wall framing as a water-resistant underlayment for various siding materials. Also available in Type X for enhanced fire resistance.
For commercial and residential exterior applications with indirect exposure to the weather.
ProRoc® Exterior Soffit Boards are used for the underside of eaves, carport ceilings, canopies and other commercial and residential exterior applications with indirect exposure to the weather. ProRoc® Soffit Type X and Type C Board provides the same base as ProRoc® Exterior Soffit Board, plus has a specially formulated core for use in fire resistance-rated designs.
ProRoc® 1/4" FLEX designed to conform to curves without wetting.
ProRoc® 1/4" Flex is a gypsum board specially designed for curved applications. Curved partitions and surfaces present an aesthetic alternative to conventional flat construction, enabling interior designers, building owners and home owners to create soft, innovative looks. ProRoc® 1/4" Flex provides the greater installation flexibility required to take the contour of frame placement. ProRoc® 1/4" Flex is ideal for curved staircases and ceilings as well as column enclosures in low and high-rise residences, sport facilities, schools, condominiums and office areas.

This combination affords greater resistance to abuse and sound transmission in high traffic areas than regular gypsum board does. Joint finishing is accomplished by using normal drywall finishing techniques according to GA-214 Levels of Gypsum Board Finish. Once primed, walls may be painted, wallpapered or textured for the desired look.
