SafetyRail 2000 has been tested by a nationally known engineering firm and found to be in accordance with OSHA regulations. These regulations are in fall protection for guardrail; sections 1910.23 and sections 1926.500 - 1926.503.
The Stealth Rail is a collapsible portable guard rail and safety rail system. The most versatile guard rails in the industry and they exceed OSHA regulations. Its one-way pivot assembly allows the guardrail to fold on to a surface and then not exceeding a vertical plane when in the upright position. A detent pin on each pivot assembly locks the safety guard rail in the upright position. Stealth Rail guardrails require no penetrations in substrates for installation. The system exceeds OSHA (Standards - 29 CFR) 1926.501 and 1926.502.

The Perma-Line was designed for permanent placement of a Warning Line System for roof edge fall protection. With this innovative system, you will no longer have to make monthly trips to your rooftop to replace torn or worn out plastic flagging. In addition, you will no longer have to inventory the flagging for future replacements. Once in place, the Perma-Line remains intact until you want to move it. The 'Patent Pending' ParaRail is a non-penetrating, self-supporting system that allows workers full access to a leading edge on a flat roof or the roof's parapet. ParaRail provides fall protection for a variety of tasks including maintenance for security cameras, antennas, lights, drain cleaning and hoisting of tools and materials. The new system exceeds OSHA Regulations for guardrail (29 CFR 1910.23 and 1926.502).
Our Roof Hatch/Skylight Systems exceeds OSHA Std. 29 CFR 1910.23 and 1910.27. It is the only product available in the market with a gate assembly that meets the same OSHA regulations and requires no drilling into any surface for installation. The Grab Bar allows for easy egress and ingress of roof hatches and floor hatches. Install the Grab Bars as an option to the Fall Protection Hatch Kits and make it easier and safer for workers. The Grab Bar mounts to an open receiver on the SafetyRail 2000 base. Adjust the width of the bars to the width of the ladder inside the hatch or a little wider. Lock the Grab Bars into place with the securing pin and tighten the friction collar and your done. The Mount Pad is adjustable and enables the bars to be used when curbs are place in front of the hatch or on uneven surfaces. Note: Roof Hatch Kits will need longer side rails when using the Grab Bar. Contact the factory to size the Hatch Kit. Part # 500296 (2ea required per hatch)
The BlueWater Industrial Self-Closing OSHA Ladder Safety Gate is tough, durable and best of all, economical, reliable, easy to install, and more closely matches the railings and their dimensional requirements provided for by Federal OSHA.
The gate arm is dimensioned to provide maximum opening coverage. When the gate is installed and the top rail is at the OSHA's recommended nominal height of 42", the bottom rail of the gate is positioned at a height of 21". This matches the OSHA mid-rail height for guardrails.
The RTC-2000 is a time saving option when using BlueWater's SafetyRail 2000 as a portable guardrail system. It enables the users to conveniently store up to 120 lineal feet of railings (70 feet usable) and move the system from one location to another with ease.
The RTC-2000 can hold 12ea Rail Sections. Store various size rail and gate lengths for the ultimate in versatility. There is a large lockable storage box for toe board brackets and securing pins. Lifting Rings are present for hoisting to elevated areas (For the safety of all personal, the RTC-2000 must be empty of bases when hoisting).
KwikRail is a safety handrail system that is easy to assemble and can be easily installed on site. It is a metal handrail and uses handrail brackets and handrail fittings to erect. The Kwik-Rail Safety Railing is an economically priced handrail system that is easily assembled with just a hex key. Create a tough and durable barrier in just minutes with no welding. The cross members come standard in 6' lengths that give you a lower cost per foot. If 6' is too long for your needs, simply cut the cross members to size. The metal handrail railing is 42" tall. The systems come in kit form and custom gates can be manufactured. The kits can be secured by off-the-shelf anchoring bolts.
Kwik-Fit Structural Pipe Fittings are made of malleable iron and are designed to make the building of handrails and pipe structures fast and easy. Using only simple hand tools, complex pipe configurations can be produced quickly and efficiently.
The Kwik-Stand is a hand carried warning line system. The self contained design provides for quick set up and removal with no chance of lost parts. The material can be painted and is very pliable. It is also suitable for indoor/outdoor service and UL rated.
