The CGI single-hung impact window is constructed with commercial-grade aluminum frames, architecturally correct sightlines, a water and air resistant captured bottom rail, stainless steel fasteners and multiple points of weatherstripping . This window also has a patented carrier system that allows the window to operate very smoothly while concealing the balances. CGI’s estate series windows have some of the highest design pressures in the industry and are available as large as 42” x 120“.
CGI’s impact resistant aluminum casement windows have very clean lines and incredible eye appeal. These windows have the sightlines and appearance of wood windows but with the advantages of limited maintenance associated with quality aluminum construction. To ensure product excellence our impact resistant casement windows offer top of the line components such as stainless steel assembly screws and hardware, Schlegel weather-stripping and G.E. Silicone sealants. Our casement window with its superior design backed by years of research and development not only looks great but outperforms its competitors in quality and value.
The horizontal rolling window is available in sizes up to 111" x 76" (58.5 SQF) in two and three panel configurations with design pressures as high as +120 /-150 PSF. Each operating sash is manufactured with a pair of patented stainless steel ball bearing supported quad rollers that ride on a nylon track providing a consistent and durable window operation.
The large format fixed window is available in sizes up to 60 square feet with design pressures as high as +133/-210 PSF. The system is perfect for large picture window openings in both residential and commercial applications. The window offers a very clean look, is factory glazed and is finished off with interior frame covers hiding the installation fasteners.
As with our impact resistant casement windows, the project-out hurricane windows offer top of the line components. And, like the impact resistant casement window, this is a hurricane window that not only looks great but is also superior to all other competitors’ products in performance, quality and value. The project out impact resistant windows have matching sight lines with the casement and fixed windows allowing for seamless mixing and matching.
Our rectangular fixed hurricane windows are available up to 45 square feet and like the rest of our Estate series windows are available with colonial or square glazing beads. Designed to match the sightlines of our casement and project-out hurricane windows, these hurricane windows appear identical to the impact resistant casement and project-out windows. This door has been designed and fabricated with matching site lines and transom panels giving you many design options for your home. Our doors include our patented concealed three point lock system, which unlike others in the marketplace is designed to activate all three locking points with one single turn, inside and out. The doors are manufactured with top-of-the-line components such as solid brass or stainless steel hinges, Baldwin solid brass locks and levers, multiple layers of weather-stripping and strong silicone sealants. This best in class Sliding Glass Door is available in many sizes and configurations including two track (up to 4 panels) and three track (up to 6 panel) configurations with or without pocketed doors. The impact resistant sliding glass door is available with individual door panels as large as 5 x 10 and with industry leading design pressures. The Sentinel Horizontal Rolling impact window has been designed with many features including a nylon roller with stainless steel ball bearings that glides on a nylon track, multiple points of weather-stripping and stainless steel fasteners. It is available in two and three panel configurations.
