A reliable proven design of pre-finished gypsum panels with factory kerfed beveled edges to engage studs, giving the installation a one hour fire rating. The standard sound control transmission coefficient is STC 42 while the 1-7/8" interior wall cavity provides room for utilities and networking cables to run either vertically or horizontally in the wall.
