Overview:
Metro Roof Products’ ownership and management team has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing and marketing of stone coated metal roofing products.

Metro Roof Products has experienced tremendous growth since its formal factory opening in January 2000 and has become a leading manufacturer of stone-coated steel roofing products.

The Metro USA state of the art manufacturing facility is located in Oceanside California USA on four acres of land and produces a wide range of stone-coated steel roofing product profiles to suit almost any architecture.

Metro has built a strong leadership position in this industry and has a series of “firsts” to its name:

FIRST with a “Concealed fastener,” direct-to-deck stone-coated SHINGLE panel - 1997

Metro Roof Products SMARTsleeve Vent Pipe Cover<BR><BR>

Metro’s newest accessory item, the Stone-Coated SMARTsleeve Vent Pipe Cover, is the long-awaited item that provides a professional trimmed-out look for most pipes on the roof. It allows for easy contractor installation on the most common pipe sizes, by merely sliding the Metro SMARTsleeve over the existing pipe after you have flashed it with a Metro SMARTjack Flashing. A simple screw through the back of the sleeve into the PVC pipe secures it in place. The SMARTsleeve is constructed of an all-plastic design with both an inner and outer sleeve, allowing it to fit either 1-1/4" - 3" diameter pipes or move to the next SMARTsleeve size to accommodate the 3" - 4" pipes.

Metro Roof Products Vent Flashing<BR><BR>

The SMARTjack is constructed of an all Aluminum base and pre-molded cone that’s integrated with a rubber self-sealing gasket. It’s this gasket that allows the 3-IN-1 SMARTjack to fit pipes from 1-1/4" to 3" in diameter. We also have a 3-IN-4 SMARTjack to fit pipes from 3" to 4" in diameter, so you’re covered for virtually all your pipe flashing needs.

The aluminum base allows the SMARTjack to be molded to the contours of the Metro panel and can eliminate the time consuming double-pan flashing method (Sandwiching) of the vent flashing. They are available in Metro’s standard stone-coated color range, so try them on your next roof and experience the difference of a factory stone-coated vent flashing from Metro.
