|
WarmWalk™ electric radiant floor heating mats are designed for fast and easy installation under ceramic tile, marble, porcelain and stone. WarmWalk heating mats are particularly advantageous compared to labor intensive hydronic and electric cable systems where water pipes or electric cables must be spaced by hand across the whole floor. Warmsulate™
|
Warmsulate™ is a multi-purpose floor heating system. It not only warms the floor, its integral, premium underlayment pad insulates cold subfloors (R value = 0.5). What's more, Warmsulate's Field Impact Insulation Class (FIIC) rating of 60 exceeds the International Building Code standard of 50 for insulating floor noise in condominium and multi-story buildings. Warmsulate's pad is treated with anti-microbial to resist mold and mildew and it wicks incidental spills and moisture to the perimeter of the floor where it can evaporate. Finally, Warmsulate provides a separation membrane in tile and other cementitious floor installations to prevent grout line cracks.

Radiant Floor Heating Thermostats

ThermoSoft offers the widest selection of radiant floor heating thermostats from largest world manufacturers with floor sensors and both floor and room (air) sensors. Electric floor heating thermostats almost always include a floor sensor especially in supplemental heating applications to directly control floor temperature separate from the room (air) temperature and to prevent the in-floor heating system from conflicting with the central heating system. Even in sole source heating applications, where a room (air) thermostat is desired to control the floor temperature, it is a good idea to have a floor sensor for temperature limiting purposes to insure compliance with floor warranties that may specify maximum underfloor heating temperatures for certain types of wood and laminate floors.
