Our fully welded, seamless edge doors are designed to withstand the rigors of extreme heavy use and meet stringent hygiene standards. Welded the full length of both edges, then ground and polished, resulting in a continuous face and edge skin encompassing the entire door.

SDI has completed testing and has been awarded listing for singles up to 3/0 by 8/0 and pairs up to 6/0 by 8/0 using 300 series stainless steel. With optional lites, louvers, swing hardware and fire exit device configurations, we can meet you most critical environmental requirements.

SDI has received fire approval for a steel stiffened design without any marks on the door skins.
|

Our frames have been tested and approved in both 16 and 14 gauges, 300 series stainless steel.
