Overview: Founded in 1974, PS DOORS was originally a distributor and service provider for commercial and industrial doors and related products. In 1979 we began designing and manufacturing custom application doors for industrial customers when suitable products could not be found. As these products were updated and refined, they were sold and fabricated primarily for the power generation industry. Over the years we have developed additional “problem solving products”, and expanded our market to include mining, malting, paper, food processing, material handling, trucking, manufacturing, military, agricultural, and refrigeration.
In addition to problem solving door products, we have extended our product line to include safety gate products, barriers focused on creating fall protection for elevated areas and flood protection.
The PS Sliding Door is designed to withstand the abuses of industrial applications, especially the effects of positive or negative draft and wind loads.
Constructed of a structural welded internal frame with 16 gauge steel sheeting on both sides, insulated, heavy duty hinges, rugged operating hardware and any number of locking devices are available. Add vision lites, ventilation or pressure relief ports or monorail notches to meet your needs.

The PS DOORS Standard Access Hatch boasts the lowest profile frame of hatches on the market. This low profile is additionally enhanced with the 45 degree angle formed into the frame which does not allow material to build-up, which is a hazard in many industries.
Typical roof access for personnel, but especially useful for large openings where equipment or material is required to be moved in or out through the roof.
The PS DOORS Ladder Safety Gate is a self-closing swing gate which is economical, reliable, easy to install, and more closely matches the railings and their dimensional requirements provided for by Federal OSHA.
The GRABSAFE® provides horizontal grab bars to the step through a portion of your fixed ladders. GRABSAFE® gives personnel horizontal hand holds to ascend or descend the full height of a fixed ladder.
The PS Horizontal Sliding Mezzanine Gate is designed to meet Federal OSHA requirement 1910.23 (e) (1) for standard railings. The gate is 42'' high with a mid-rail and a 4'' toeboard.
The PS Vertical Lift Mezzanine Gate is designed to meet Federal OSHA requirements for standard railings. The gate is 42'' high with a mid-rail and a 4'' toeboard. Mounting options include on-deck mounting, which requires only inches of deck space, or off-deck , requiring no deck space.
Simply forklift your pallet of material through the self-closing pallet gates and back away. The gates rest against your material until your material is removed from the opening, at which time the self-closing gates will close.
Each gate is closed by three stainless steel torsion springs. The high-impact bumpers protect your material from being damaged while pushing through the gates.
Airflow Louvers & Dampers come in all sizes, shapes, and operation trajectories, they are not a onesize fits all product. If you have trouble closing up your plant for cold weather operations, or you need to control air flow within your facility, PS Corporation will work with you, just as we have with other customers, to design and manufacturer a louver/damper solution for your specific needs.
