Standard Pipe	Schedule 40 Pipe	Wheatland specializes in manufacturing black and hot dipped galvanized continuous weld (CW) and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipe in 1/8" through 6" nominal sizes. Available inventory in 1/8" to 12" pipe sizes produced to ASTM standards F1083, F1043, and A 53 is maintained to meet your pipe requirements. Wheatland schedule 40 pipe is used for applications in 16 MasterFormat Divisions.
Extra Heavy Pipe	Schedule 80 Pipe	Wheatland specializes in manufacturing welded heavy wall/extra strong steel pipe in 1/2" through 4" nominal sizes. Available inventory in 1/8" to 12" pipe sizes produced to ASTM standards F 1083 and A 53 is maintained to meet your pipe requirements.
Standard Line Pipe	API 5L Line Pipe	API 5L covers welded and seamless steel pipe commonly used to convey gas, water, and oil. Hydrostatic test pressures for each size are prescribed in the specification. Pipe made in accordance with API 5L is stamped with the API monogram. API 5L is suitable for threading and welding.

Our superior mill coating offers you a clean, corrosion and heat resistant surface that outlasts and outperforms standard lacquer coatings. Plus, this coating can be quickly and easily painted without special preparation. Or it may be hot-dipped galvanized to meet FM requirements for dry systems in accordance with the zinc coating specification of ASTM A 795 or A 53. UL listed and FM approved.
Sprinkler Pipe	Mega-Thread	The High Quality Alternative to Schedule 40 Sprinkler Pipe. Wheatland's high strength Mega-Thread offers an inside diameter which is 3.6% larger than Schedule 40. This results in improved hydraulics, and opens the door for downsizing when use in conjunction with Wheatland's Mega-Flow Sprinkler Pipe. Mega-Threads mill coating extends shelf life and eases paint application. Meets ASTM A 135 and A 795, NFPA-13. UL approved, FM approved, rated for 300 psi working pressure.
Sprinkler Pipe	Schedule 30 Lightwall Sprinkler Pipe (WLS)	A threadable lightweight steel pipe used for sprinkler applications. Wheatland has engineered over 60 years of experience and quality control into its sprinkler pipe products using the continuous furnace weld manufacturing process. WLS has the service life and application range needed to produce a quality sprinkler system installation. WLS is approved for use with threaded, welded, roll grooved or plain-end fittings. When hot dipped galvanized, WLS is FM approved for use in dry system applications. WLS also complies with the appropriate ASTM, ANSI, UL and NFPA standards. Our product is quality assured by both hydrostatic tests and non-destructive (NDS) eddy current tests.

Wheatland's MLT is the ideal pipe for branch line use in wet, dry, preaction and deluge systems. It can be joined with threaded couplings, roll grooved or plain-ended couplings or it may be welded. Meets ASTM A 135 Grade A and A 795-E for applications up to 300 psi working pressure, UL listed and FM approved.

Sprinkler Pipe	Wheatland Super Tube (WST)	A lightwall Schedule 5 pipe, which is UL Listed and FM approved when used with Victaulic's PRESSFIT® Fittings. With a galvanized O.D. for longer service life, WST provides a dry surface and gives a better appearance to match PRESSFIT® fittings. With its large inside diameter, WST normally yields better hydraulics and can often lead to downsizing of tubing requirements and subsequent reductions in project costs. This lightwall Schedule 5 pipe from Wheatland exceeds the standards set by UL and FM. Based on the Corrosion Resistance Ratio (CRR) values; the life expectancy of Wheatland's WST pipe is equivalent to or greater than the threaded portion of Schedule 40 pipe. Meets ASTM A 795 E and A 135. FM approved, UL listed.
Coatings	MIC SHIELD™	Wheatland Tube Company now offers MIC SHIELD, Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC), coating on all sizes of it's black steel sprinkler pipe to limit the opportunities for corrosion from microbiological organisms in the water supply, when the sprinkler pipe is initially installed. Electrical Conduit & Fittings	Galvanized Rigid Metal Conduit (RMC)	Wheatland Galvanized Rigid Metal Conduit (RMC) can be installed indoors or outdoors, in dry or wet locations, exposed or concealed, in all kinds of atmospheric conditions, and in hazardous locations when installed in accordance with 2005 National Electric Code® Article 344 (NEC® 1999 Article 346). It provides excellent mechanical protection for the conductors while reducing Electro-Magnetic Field (EMF) exposure and shielding against Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). Rigid Metal Conduit can be used as an equipment grounding conductor according to 2005 NEC® Section 250.118(2). Wheatland produces 10-foot lengths of RMC in trade sizes 1/2" to 6" and 20-foot lengths in trade sizes 2" to 6". Wheatland and its Seminole Division offer a full line of RMC elbows, couplings and nipples.
Electrical Conduit & Fittings	Aluminum - Rigid Metal Conduit	Aluminum conduit resists most corrosive atmospheres and industrial environments that usually attack other types of metallic conduit. In these applications, aluminum requires no painting or replacement, resulting in considerable savings in maintenance costs.
Electrical Conduit & Fittings	Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT)	Wheatland Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) can be used for both exposed and concealed work providing it will not be subject to severe physical damage and is properly protected against corrosion. It is most commonly used above ground for lighting circuits, control lines, and other low-power applications. Industry standards permit the use of EMT for installation of conductors in circuits rated below and above 600 volts, nominal, when installed in accordance with the National Electric Code® Article 358 (1999 NEC® Article 348). Electrical Mechanical Tube is recognized by the 2005 NEC® Article 250.118(4) as an equipment grounding conductor. Wheatland offers EMT in standard lengths of 10 feet or 20 feet. Wheatland and its Seminole Division offer a full line of elbows, couplings and nipples.
Electrical Conduit & Fittings	Intermediate Metal Conduit (IMC)	Wheatland Intermediate Metal Conduit (IMC) is made from high strength flat steel that is cold-formed and electrically welded into a uniform tube. IMC is 25% lighter in weight than heavy wall conduit (Galvanized Rigid Metal Conduit - Steel), but is still capable of being threaded. IMC, produced in standard lengths of 10 feet (3.05m), including coupling, is threaded on both ends, with a coupling applied to one end and a color-coded to size thread protector to the other. The exterior surface is thoroughly coated with zinc applied directly to the metal so that galvanic protection against corrosion is achieved. The interior surface is protected by a specially formulated lubricating coating to permit easier wire pulling. The 2005 NEC® Section 250.118(3) recognizes IMC as an equipment grounding conductor when installed according to the NEC®.
