The Waterway Drainable Stucco Assembly is an enhanced traditional stucco system that can be configured as a back ventilated, or dead air cavity wall cladding system. Both configurations are considered drainage systems in that intruding moisture is able to drain to the exterior. The basic system consists of a Rainscreen, which protects against moisture intrusion, a drainage cavity that captures intruding moisture and drains it to the exterior and a permeable air barrier, which not only protects against air infiltration into the interior of the building but also guards against liquid moisture penetration and allows for water vapor diffusion.
WaterWay Drainage Mats consist of a polymer (plastic) core of fused, entangled filaments in varying thicknesses from a nominal ¼ inch to ¾ inch, depending on desired cavity space and cladding selection. Certain profiles are available with a protective filter fabric bonded to one side, others with 60 Minute Grade “D” building paper. Even a non-woven, non-perforated polyolefin-based house-wrap is available with drainage mat attached. WaterWay drainage mats are equally effective in designs for traditional stucco, EIFS, manufactured stone, fiber-cement, brick, standard lap and cedar sidings and other wall system materials.
Stuc-O-Flex is a highly resilient 100% acrylic polymer compound that looks and feels like traditional stucco. Its thermo-plastic and elastomeric nature allows building movement while enhancing resistance against cracks.

Europlast is a pre-colored, wet-mix 100% acrylic polymer based interior & exterior coating system that transforms vertical walls into a classic example of old world Venetian style plaster. This versatile decorative coating exhibits a rich aesthetic appearance with unlimited color and texture opportunities. Achieve a wide range of effects from rustic plaster to smooth polished limestone.
Euroseal is a 100% acrylic polymer sealer that is applied over Europlast finish and can also be applied to Cement stuccos, cementitious products, Brick, Block, Stone, etc. and Acrylic finishes to provide an "antique" or weathered appearance. It is highly resistant to moisture and helps to shed water in vertical wall applications while minimizing challenges associated with efflorescence and dirt pick-up.
Moisture-Flex is a ready mixed 100% acrylic, elastomeric moisture resistant barrier. Direct applied to substrates, this protective membrane minimizes the potential of water damage to sheathing materials. When properly applied Moisture-Flex provides an effective air barrier and water resistive membrane in a protective coating for use with exterior wall coatings and systems.

Our 1/2" Stucco is a powdered cement and fiber reinforced underlayment for use with acrylic finish coatings. It provides the impact resistance of traditional stucco with substantially less labor and weight in a 1-hour rated fire assembly.
