Spray Foam Insulation - SEALECTION® 500

SEALECTION® 500 is spray-applied as a liquid and expands up to 120 times its volume within seconds to fill all cracks, gaps and voids to provide an insulation and air barrier in a single application. SEALECTION® 500 is an open cell spray foam that uses water as a blowing agent so it can be sprayed as thick as desired in a single pass, easily adheres to itself during touch up and provides today's spray foam applicators with a high yield.

Spray Foam Insulation - Agribalance®

Agribalance® is an open cell spray foam that utilizes water as a blowing agent so it can be sprayed as thick as desired in a single pass and readily adheres to itself during touch up. Agribalance's unique formula combines natural, renewable oils with our traditional high performing spray foam insulation and it provides one of the highest R-value's available for open cell spray foam in the industry, making it the smart choice for environmentally conscious building professionals.

Spray Foam Insulation - HEATLOK SOY® 200

HEATLOK SOY® 200 is a closed cell spray polyurethane foam insulation with a unique ecological benefit that incorporates renewable oils and recycled plastic bottles in the creation of a high performing insulation.

HEATLOK SOY® 200 creates an aged R-value of 7.4 at one inch and provides an air barrier, vapor retarder, drain plane and water resistive barrier in a single application. The rigid nature of closed cell foam also adds to a building's structural integrity.

Pour-in-Place Foam - SEALECTION® PIP

SEALECTION® PIP is a slow rising polyurethane 1/2 pound open cell foam product that is used for insulating existing walls, ceilings and floor components. The chemical formulation is specifically designed to be injected through a series of holes that are typically drilled on the inside wall and ceiling surfaces without doing damage to the surface or the surface's anchoring system. In some structures, filling from the outside surface of the wall may be more practical, but the procedure is very much the same.

SEALECTION® PIP is a more effective alternative to blown-in cellulose and fiberglass systems when using recommended installation procedures by finding every open crack and crevice to fill and seal every opening and orifice to give a complete filling and sealing of the wall cavity. This sealing ability makes it the product of choice for discriminating homeowners who want the very best wall insulation without having to remove interior or exterior surfaces.

Polyurea Membranes - Maxguard®

Maxguard® is a family of polyurea membranes that are exceptionally tough and flexible, resist thermal stresses to compensate for substrate cracking or movement, and provide impact resistance. These membranes are spray-applied plastic coatings that bridge gaps, seams and joints, even in low temperatures. These rapidly curing products are 100% solid, VOC-free and can follow any contour to provide a monolithic containment barrier. An aliphatic polyurea topcoat is recommended for UV stability to counter minor color changes or superficial oxidation. Standard colors can be achieved with factory added pigments and dyes.
