Our 3500 series is designed as a superior louvered
foundation vent, primarily for stucco
use. Of 3/4" thick galvanized construction
with 1/4" mesh screen. Six-inch louvers will
stack to form Gable Vents in 6" increments.
Eight-inch louvers will stack to form Gable
Vents in 8 increments.

These RECTANGULAR Vents are of high quality G-90 grade galvanized
steel construction. This 2-inch thick louver mounts on the wall and extends
off of it. PLYCO Vents are designed for maximum air flow and
come with a 1/4 mesh screen on the back. Return angle design on 3-
inch louver blade prevents leakage. Flange on Back louvers are designed
to cover the odd-sized hole.

1-1/2 thick louver that mounts on the studs
of a wall and extends off of it. PLYCO
Vents are designed for maximum air flow
and come with a 1/4 mesh screen on
the back (1/8 avail.). A return angle design
on our 3 louver blade prevents leakage.
Nu-Wall vents are used with Blue
Board or foam and one-coat stucco.

With a Round-Top Vent, the curved portion of the louver features a Full Radius height from the center of the round portion to the top. If the base dimension is 24 inches, the Full Radius would equal 12 inches. When specifying an Arch-Top Louver, the three-point arc is equal to just 2/3 of the radius. There would be a rise of 8 inches on a 24-inch wide vent. For an Arc-Top Louver, also using a 3-
point arc, the height is equal to just 1/3 of the radius. In our 24-inch example, the rise for an Arc-Top would be just 4 inches.

DUAL WALL FLUE STRAP - Constructed of 16-gauge galvanized steel with a 1/4-inch bolt and nut. Legs are attached with heavy duty rivets. Regular Straps have a 1-inch standoff, Larger Straps have a 4-inch standoff. Also available in 20-gauge.
PIPE HANGERS - Constructed of 16-gauge galvanized steel in 1 wide straps.
PLATE STRAPS - 18-gauge construction,
with double holes in both ends for easy attachment.
STEP SHINGLES - Are constructed of light gauge galvanized
steel for ease of use.
STARTER BRACKETS - Two sizes, constructed
from 24-gauge steel. They are prepunched for easy nailing.
SUB-BASES - Are used as additional
flashing to handle blown through rain on roofs where Dormers or Eyebrow vents are installed. Constructed of 26- gauge galvanized material, in several sizes, for use with 918D, 1224D and 2000 series rooftop vents.

Rolled Soffit Screen - Galvanized steel screen, slit and cut into
100 ft rolls. 1/4 and 1/8 mesh available.
Dampers - Constructed of 26 gauge galavanized steel. The Motorized Dampers series features a 24-volt motor that revolves the blade1/4 turn with every call from the thermostat. Spring Return Damper series powers closed and
returns to Normal Open position when unpowered. Barometric Bypass Dampers can be set with an adjustable weight.

SPLITTER WYES - Equally divide the air

STRAIGHT WYES PLYCOs economical
solution to dividing the air flow. Most configurations

BOOT BOXES - Torpedo, Side and Straight Boot Boxes are constructed of 28 gauge galvanized steel. These boxes are the most efficient way to transfer air around a tight corner, with less noise and vibration.
B- and C-BOXES - PLYCO B-Boxes are made with special construction that allows the contractor to use the
same product for most register needs. The end tab can be folded out at 90Ί or back against the box body. The tab can also be folded on the perferation to insert for mounting. These Ceiling/Floor Boxes are constructed from 28-gauge galvanized steel.
SIDEWALL FAN CAP - Are available for Stucco or Siding (Wood) applications. DRYER VENTS are similar, but
with flapper inside, instead of screen.
