A sheet membrane flashing designed specifically and approved by the Army Corps of Engineers. It is durable, flexible, impervious to alkalis and acids found in concrete and mortar with a high tensile strength with no sagging. A cost effective product priced 50% below copper composites with a warranty of 75 years.

A 40 mil sheet membrane water-proofing system which features are: it is self-sealing, self-sticking, self-healing whereby the adhesive will elongate and recover if somewhat damaged. Has excellent puncture resistance. The system uses Aquaflash prime and Aquaflash Mastic when needed to condition the substrate surface and mastic to seal all laps and joints.

Non-Metal Composites

Aquaflash 1000 A 60 mil composite sheet type waterproofing membrane consisting of 4 mils of cross laminated polyethylene film bonded to 56 mils of rubberized asphalt (modified bitumen) with a silicone release liner. AQUA FLASH 1000 forms a heavy duty barrier against physical damage and water migration.

Metal Composites

Fiberweb 300
Fiberweb
Clark/Hammerbeam Corp. Metal Composites

A metal sheet membrane flashing whereby the metal is completely encapsulated in DuPont's Mylar (polyester film) making it resistant to alkalis and acids. The fiberglass fabric adds high tear and tensile strength during installation. Designed for the Navy Corps of Engineers. Economical to use. Priced approximately 45% below copper composites but with a warrantied longevity of 75 years.

Fiberweb 310 is metal water-proofing sheet membrane and an economical alternative to copper flashings. It was designed to last. A flashing which is virtually impervious to chemical degradation in mortar and concrete. Allows easy formation of angles and corners on the jobsite. Reinforced with fiberglass fabric for high puncture and tear resistance during installation with no sagging. Has a warrantied longevity of 75 years and priced approximately 40% below copper composites.

Metal Composites

Copper Aquaflash
Fiberweb
Clark/Hammerbeam Corp. Metal Composites

An innovative sheet membrane flashing using 2, 3 or 5 oz. copper which is coated with polyester film on one side and bonded to a thick layer of rubberized asphalt on the other. This encapsulation not only protects the copper, but the rubberized asphalt provides an additional layer of water- proofing. Unlike non-rubberized asphalt which will start to crack over a period of time, the rubberizing significantly increases the longevity of the asphalt coating and therefore the life of the copper flashing. The peel and stick feature make the installation easier and more economical over traditional copper composites. Copper AQUA FLASH has a warrantied longevity.

Fiberweb 100 is a permanent vapor barrier which will not need replacing since it is not degradeable in it's application. it is ideal for today's energy efficient structures. Highly insulated walls and ceiling require a vapor barrier which will protect against condensation in wall and ceiling spaces and thereby prevent mold or mildew growth. For freezer and cold storage, Fiberweb 100 remains flexible and strong even at extreme temperatures of -100 degrees F.

Fiberweb 210 with its reinforced construction and a moisture perm rating of .0007 is a superb underslab membrane. It's strength and ability to hold its shape aid greatly during installation. Fiberweb 210 is resistant to all alkalis and acids found in concrete and is virtually impervious to degredation. Fiberweb Tape is used for all laps for a continuous vapor seal.

Specs

Aquaseal

A proprietary self-adhesive 25 mil membrane sheet which requires minimal labor for installation. Unlike air/vapor barriers with no adhesive backing or reinforcement which require stapling, Aquaseal is self adhering. If stapled however, Aquaseal will seal itself around all the staple holes. The combination of 4 mils cross-laminated polyethylene and 21 mils rubberized asphalt produces.
