AccuLevel™ G40
|
AccuLevel™ G40 is a premium polymer-modified self-leveling underlayment. It delivers a smooth, dense surface that is suitable for an immense array of floor covering options. Special formulation technology reduces the porosity of the surface of the cast underlayment to prevent it from rapidly absorbing moisture from adhesives, thereby eliminating the need of surface sealers in most cases.
Because AccuLevel™ G40 is blended with aggregate on site, it offers a substantial cost savings to conventional pre-sanded underlayments. Installed by a network of licenced constractors, AccuLevel™ G40 is the best choice for thick or thin floor leveling projects. Compressive Strengths ranging from 3,500 to 4,500 PSI.

AccuLevel® SD30
|
AccuLevel® SD30 is specifically designed for construction assemblies using galvanized corrugated steel decking. This product is UL classified in a variety of 2 hour construction assemblies from various manufacturers, and can be poured as thin as 1” above the top of the corrugations of the deck without reinforcement. The polymer enhanced AccuLevel SD30 bonds well to the galvanized metal surface, and exhibits high flow character, excellent surface durability, and high compressive strength. Compressive Strengths ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 PSI.

AccuQuiet®
|
AccuQuiet® Sound Control Systems are designed for use with AccuCrete® Pourable Underlayments as an integral part of an overall noise reduction strategy.
System Benefits:

- Engineered monofilament configurations for low deflection characteristics

AccuQuiet® Sound Control Systems are important components in floor-ceiling assemblies designed to achieve enhanced acoustical performance. AccuQuiet® offers two types of technologies to solve a wide variety of acoustical problems by improving IIC and STC ratings of floor-ceiling assemblies.

FusionTec™
|
Now concrete floors in wood-frame construction are possible with FusionTec™ Integrated Floor Systems. FusionTec™ combines the fire-rated and sound deadening technologies of AccuCrete® Gypsum Underlayment and AccuQuiet® Sound Mat with the self-leveling topping, UltraPlan® M20 Plus:
- Fire-rated floor-ceiling assemblies of wood or concrete construction (AccuCrete® is UL classified in over 50 designs).
- Sound attenuated floor-ceiling assemblies with AccuQuiet®Sound Mat is approved for use in conjunction with AccuCrete® in UL fire-rated systems. Reduces impact noise (llC) by up to 15 points in wood frame construction and 20 points in concrete construction.
- Affordable Renovation: Use AccuCrete® as an economical deep fill for leveling applications to be capped with Ultraplan® M20 Plus.
- Decorative cement surface in virtually any structure, provided it meets minimum deflection criteria requirements of L/360.
- Cement wear surface applied over AccuRadiant® Pourable Thermal Underlayment for radiant floor heating systems in residential or commercial construction.
