Overview:
Tufdek™ is a single ply PVC system designed to protect and waterproof a variety of outdoor traffic bearing surfaces. The concept and design to the Tufdek™ system comes from the roof industry where PVC membranes have been utilized to provide exceptional performance and value. Tufdek™ has enlisted the vast experience of a proven PVC roof manufacturer to design, engineer, and manufacture the various PVC membranes in the Tufdek™ product line. Tufdek™ is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation consisting of resins and plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants, and U.V. absorbents. A weft-insertion knitted scrim that is inserted between two layers of film gives the Tufdek™ membrane its exceptional strength. In conjunction with our manufacturing partners and Tufdek's™ years of experience in the PVC waterproofing industry, we have developed one of the finest decking systems to protect your building envelope.
