Your particular application dictates whether you choose beamsplitter glass with 70% light transmission and 30% reflection, or our 50% option. Every single variant of our beamsplitter glass has an optical thin-film coating on one side that reflects and transmits light waves that fall upon it at a specific ratio. You can choose from monolithic glass, laminated glass or toughened/tempered glass as the core material. To prevent ghosting, you can also choose to have a single-sided LUXAR® anti-reflective coating on the opposite side of all our beamsplitter glass sheets.
LUXAR® Magnetron Sputtered anti-reflective glass with almost no reflectance, is an innovative product of Glas Trösch. With a reflection of less than 0.5 %, mirror-like effects will be prohibited and therefore LUXAR® is almost invisible.
LUXAR® is used for applications where a partition is needed, but should not be visible.
SPYMIRROR is a single side coated one way mirror which is used as partition between a supervised and an observation area. The reflection of the coated side is higher than for the glass side. Thus the observer can look clearly into a bright illuminated area (at least lighting ratio between the areas 1:5), while for the observant the partition acts as a mirror.
EUROWHITE® can be used virtually anywhere on your facade, in glass design and interior decoration. The light-conveying property of EUROWHITE® is the key factor in the aesthetic ease of using the various glass applications.

The development of the new and highly effective SILVERSTAR SUNSTOP T solar control coatings assures even greater planning freedom for solar control during the summer. Amply sized interiors with a pleasant temperature level help to mitigate the abrupt transition from indoors to outdoors. The exemplary nature of its reflection values helps to achieve lower energy consumption by air-conditioning equipment, and hence a marked reduction in costs.
Our Silverstar Combi products are rightfully considered as being multifunctional solar control glasses. For example, our Silverstar Combi Neutral glass dazzles by having a high light transmission, deep total energy passage and excellent heat insulating properties.
