Overview:
SureCrete Design Products is a manufacturer of decorative concrete, precast
concrete and specialty concrete products. In 1999 they were the first
manufacturer to bring out a concrete resurfacing overlay line that was
single component, Zero VOC and environmentally friendly. SureCrete is also
home to the Xtreme Series technology, a hybrid glass fiber reinforced
concrete formula that is standardized and pre-blended in a bag delivery
consistency and quality control to any size project. This high early
strength concrete casting blend boosts a 4-6 hour demold time and a
compressive strength of over 10,000 psi. We have the most diversified
portfolio of concrete restoration, precast, coloring agents, stains and
sealers under one company umbrella. Allowing each and every project to
manage quality control, warranty of product, and unsurpassed technical
support on every system.
SureCrete was born out of necessity in the late 90's. It all began as owner,
Steve Thomas, started a decorative concrete installation company in the
Tampa Bay & Orlando area. Steve had attended a home show in Orlando and was
fascinated with decorative concrete. After researching several companies and
attending a training class, he and his crews jumped head long into
installations. Problems on jobs were continual: products were difficult to
use and performed inconsistently. Two mix designs were supposed to
accomplish everything from patching to spraying to stamping, just add a
little more sand or cement. Latex emulsions had to be diluted with water at
various, confounding rates. Customer service was ludicrous, if the telephone
was ever answered. Technical support was absent; every problem was the
installer's fault.
The absolute lack of assistance was intolerable for Steve, who had cut his
teeth on customer service. An idea was launched: decorative concrete made
easy, supported by a service-driven team. To make this idea a reality, Steve
partnered with a close friend who was a real world cement "chemist." He knew
mud and mix designs, not universities. Millions of dollars in research and
development, countless hours of testing, and consulting with the chemists of
the world's leading latex manufacturers have created some of the most
user-friendly decorative concrete products available today. Supporting
Steve's customer-first vision, a team was assembled that included the
previously self-employed and those discouraged from other decorative
concrete companies nearby. From sales to production to shipping to
management, the entire culture at SureCrete is all about service.

A sprayable face coat to a Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete system.
SureCrete's XS GFRC Face mix is the only NO Polymer and NO Acrylic mix
design out in the market today. The benefits delivered in this high early
strength GFRC formula are: faster demold times (4-6 hours), simplified
mixing due to its pre-blended nature, larger temperature swing so that
production can happen all year round, 10,500 psi compressive strength and a
1.495 psi flexural strength. XS GFRC Face is a thin spray or packable mix
that is designed to be backed up with the Xtreme Series Backer mix. Typical
areas include: architectural accents, facades, fireplaces, surrounds, shower
walls, wall panels, countertops and more.

A high early strength pourable concrete casting material that
delivers a 4-6 hour demold time, PVA fiber reinforcement, 10,000+ psi
compressive strength and the ability to be poured as thin as ½". Typical use
is a solid color pour, travertine or veining texture. Use of Xtreme PreCast
mix is a zero waste & voc product that can have up to a 25% recycled content
added to it from a local source.

addition of up to 80% recycled content added to it. Recycled material may
include: glass, stone, granite, marble and many other local aggregate
opportunities. XS Terrazzo is a hybrid GFRC mix design that can be poured as
thin as ½" for wall panels or 1" for countertops

A high early early strength, xtreme AR Glass fiber load, that is
designed to back up either the XS PreCast, XS GFRC Face, or XS Terrazzo. The
second step in a Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete system. Xtreme Backer mix
provides instant long term structural strength to the face coats on large
and small architectural elements, countertops, wall panels, facades and
more. Use of the Xtreme Backer mix allows for the reduction of raw materials
on the project and In most cases cuts the weight of the final piece in half,
compared to traditional concrete applications.

This system turns freshly placed concrete flatwork into an
aesthetically pleasing textured and designed pavement. The concrete is
poured, placed, colored and stamped with a texturing tool. There are a
multitude of natural looking choices for both interior and exterior,
residential and commercial, applications. There are NO temperature or Freeze
Thaw restraints. We provide integral color, color hardener, powder release,
stamping tools, and training.

SureStamp
|
This products allows for the recoating or resurfacing of existing
concrete slabs either interior or exterior and incorporate natural looking
designs, textures, and color schemes. Our stamp overlay is a commercial
grade psi, with fiber reinforcement that minimizes shrinking and cracking
during the curing process. It is a dry polymer technology that is zero VOC
and comes in a white and gray cement base.

SureBroom
|
Boosting a compressive psi of over 6,000+, SureBroom is the perfect
choice for creating a harder surface then the original poured concrete. With
the larger aggregate size in its mix design makes it the perfect choice in
slip resistant coatings. Our ratio of polymer in this product delivers the
industry's strongest bond, and aids in resisting the absorption of moisture
which causes most concrete overlays to fail. Great for theme parks, parking
garages, or any high traffic walkways.

SureTex
|
Designed to create a slip resistant floor coating in environments
that receive a high amount of water, snow, and ice. Creating a knockdown
texture gives an elevation difference that increases grip. Typical
applications are water parks, pool decks, patios, sidewalks and driveways.

SureSpray
|
A sprayable or trowelable thin concrete overlay that can resurface
old, damaged, or stained concrete and bring back a blank canvas for any
design, texture or pattern. SureSpray can be integrally colored, stained, or

zero VOC, self bonding, and freeze thaw resistant.

Eco-Stain
|
A water based penetrating micronized pigment that is UV-stable and
comes in 29 different colors. Eco-Stain can be sprayed, brushed or sponged

elements. Eco-Stain is zero VOC, and aids in the reduction of waste water
use on any project when compared to reactive acid stains. Videos are

Reactive Acid Stain Trade Name: SureStain
a. A low residue reactive acid concrete stain. SureStain makes a
chemical reaction with the concrete to produce its modeled look. SureStain

durability. HS 360 has advanced nano sealer technology offering attributes
such as: the ability to shrink the size of the pours in the concrete
surface. Doing so slows moisture migration and in most cases eliminates
efflorescence. Surface tension has been addressed allowing for the sealer to
layout tighter and more even.

acrylic solids, silane based, solvent-compliant (600 & 400 g/l),

durability. HS 360 has advanced nano sealer technology offering attributes

Super 30 / Super 20
|
SureSeal Super 30, is a single component, 30% acrylic high solids
solvent compliant sealer made by SureCrete Design. It was developed for all
SureCrete concrete systems and anywhere that cementitious surfaces require
improvement to stain resistance, UV protection, and abrasion resistance.
Super Series acrylic concrete sealer will enhance the beauty of any
multi-colored surface both vertically and horizontally. This product
contains hybrid chemistry that provides vapor permeability yet is able to
reduce the penetration of fluids in cement based surfaces. Super 30 & 20
provide superior penetration, adhesion, and protection. For use on all
cement based surfaces, driveways, garage floors, patios, walkways, pool
decks, stucco, and concrete block.

Urethane Concrete Sealers

Dura-Kote Polyurethane is a 51% solids (by volume), acrylic
aliphatic polyurethane for vertical or horizontal cementitious surfaces.
This product is a two component catalyzed system. SureCrete's Dura-Kote
Polyurethane provides excellent hardness, impact resistance, and durability.
It is fast drying and fast to recoat. Water and chemical resistance are
superior and it is a low VOC sealer under 400 g/l.

SureCrete's Water Based Polyurethane is a 57% solids (by weight),
commercial grade, low VOC, low odor, water based acrylic polyurethane for
horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. This product is a 2-component
system and can be diluted with water. The resin technology provides
increased durability compared to solvent-based systems. Superior chemical
and abrasion resistance with excellent UV-stability.

Dura-Kote X-treme Urethane is the toughest, most UV resistant, and
most chemically resistant polyester urethane available. This product is a
two component catalyzed system. It's extremely high crosslink density yields

forklifts and other aggressive situations. It is fast drying and fast to
recoat.

Dura-Kote WB Epoxy is a 52% solids (by weight), water based epoxy
primer and sealer for concrete surfaces. Low VOC with excellent bonding
along with superior chemical and abrasion resistance. SureCrete's water
based epoxy comes in clear and is also pigment able.
