Overview:
Vista® Aluminum Railing Systems are designed to be flexible enough to enhance any architectural style. The Vista railing system is available in three standard top rail profiles and with four standard in fill types; straight picket, wide picket, curved (basket picket) or glass. Fencing, Windscreen and Patio/Carport Cover systems also available.
Vista is engineered to meet all major U.S. and Canadian building code requirements. In addition to six standard colours, Vista offers a premier line of popular architectural colours. Custom colours are also available. Vista uses the latest technology in aluminum alloy and exterior metal coatings available. While many coating used on other systems have been designed for interior applications, Vista’s materials and processes have been specifically designed for use outdoors. This ability to resist weathering and ultraviolet damage allows our Powder Coated finish to meet one of the toughest architectural standards in the industry, AAMA 2604.

Mounting Brackets

Fascia mounting is an option for those who do not want to penetrate the deck
surface which is the preferred choice when mounting to decks which are
waterproofed with a vinyl membrane or similar such material. Fascia mounting
allows the whole deck to be used opposed to a top mount railing system which
takes up the outer 4" of a deck surface. Fascia mounting is also more solid
mount than a top mounted system as the outward forces applied to the top rail
are then transferred into the fascia board opposed to relying on a perpendicular
mount on top of a deck surface; that being said the fascia surface needs to be
braced back to the deck joists and deck surface to take the required loading.

The Q-Base Quality Management System ensures consistent quality standards are met. Alco Ventures, the manufacturer, was certified under the Q-Base Management System in 1996 and continues to operate under its certification. Alco’s compliance to these standards are confirmed every six months through an independent audit process. Vista offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects and workmanship.
