Environmental Concerns

Concrete tiles are manufactured efficiently and cut from big slabs that are naturally cured. This allows us to have the lowest energy-input over area-output ratio in the industry. During the manufacturing process there is no emission of any greenhouse gases to the atmosphere.
The pigments and all the ingredients we use are completely natural and are free from lead and other heavy metals as well. The manufacturing process does not represent any health threat to our employees and once finished, the product is completely innocuous through its lifecycle.

The installation of Onistone concrete tiles is easy and inexpensive. It doesn't differ widely from the procedures followed to the installation of other type of natural stone tiles. The final procedure will depend on the actual conditions of the sub-floor, the area it will be installed on, and the traffic it will stand. Concrete tiles are beautiful and resistant. And at the same time they are heavy and delicate. Hence, special care must be taken to protect the tiles and for avoiding personal injury when handling them.
Our packing materials meet international standards and those are designed to protect each piece from our warehouse up to the installation site overseas. Even if the cargo is loaded either LCL or FCL we follow strict measures to avoid damage.
