The Brick-It&#!53; Insulated Panel System has the universal appeal of brick plus the energy-saving advantage of polystyrene insulation and is best used as siding.

The Thick Set system is a traditional way of installing thin brick, tile, etc. It's very well known among masonry and tile contractors. Prior to placing the brick, the installer must prepare the wall by installing a scratch coat over a self-furring galvanized metal lath, followed by another leveling coat. While placing the brick, the installer must keep them aligned and spaced properly. This procedure is used on interior and exterior walls and on masonry, concrete, steel or wood stud framing.

The Thin Set system is very similar to the Thick Set one; however, there is no need for a scratch coat and the self-furring galvanized metal lath. The adhesive is applied directly onto a dry substrate. It is not recommended for damp surfaces. This system is normally used for interior application.

Our Tumbled Brick are made using standard 2 1/4 x 7 5/8 x 15/16 Brick. Note: All dimensions are slightly scant after tumbling and the texture is slightly smoother. Tumbled face brick are made from standard face brick. We saw tumbled face brick to produce 90° tumbled corners. This process enables us to perfectly blend thin brick, corners and face brick. We offer our five basic body colors in both flashed and unflashed colors. In addition, we coat Tumbled Brick in each of our basic body colors with white on one side black on the other to be totally flexible in blending.Water resistant top sheets are then placed on top of each pallet and then automatically stretched wrapped. Inventories have been established in all colors and will be maintained as market conditions allow.

Brick-It™ Limited Edition Thin Brick (Cut Used Brick) is perfect for renovation and new design. It is also known as salvaged, reclaimed, antique, recovered, historic and old brick. In essence, it is brick obtained from dismantled or demolished buildings which stood 40 to 50 years and in many cases even more. Each lot, by nature, is limited, and they are often gathered from particular buildings of historical significance.
The appearance is slightly irregular, hand-moulded and worn-looking producing the artisan-installed brickwork look.
