Overview:
iSPAN, a registered trademark of iSPAN Systems LP, is the product name for a suite of innovative, lightweight, steel joist systems developed for the framing industry. iSPAN Floors are modular solutions that enable the easy design and assembly of floor systems; they may be incorporated into structures comprised of Light Steel Framing, Wood Framing, Masonry, or ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). iSPAN products are whole-product solutions that include floor joists, multi-use modular and adjustable connectors, and bridging.
Fire rated floor system design is simplified with iSPAN’s STC Acoustic Selection Guides. iSPAN Floors provide fire and acoustic rated floor solutions that meet the highest standards of building codes and certification agencies; iSPAN floor systems are UL/ULC certified for both fire resistance and acoustic separation.
