Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solution's 200, 300 & 500 Entrances are engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installation in an easy to use, economical entrance system. The 1-3/4" 200 narrow stile (light commercial traffic), 300 medium stile (heavy commercial traffic) and 500 wide stile doors (abusive commercial traffic) are assembled with tie rod construction and are dry glazed with 1/4", 5/8" or 1" glazing infill. These doors are available with framing from the CG400, CG450/CG451, CT451 and WW450 systems among others, allowing the doors to be easily integrated in any application. This creates the unique ability for Trulite to produce and furnish a complete storefront system and glazing, which is an added convenience for the building team. All Trulite entrance doors can be modified to accommodate ADA codes and can accommodate many hardware requirements lending themselves to the varying needs of our customers.

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solution's Magnum & Varsity Specialty Entrances are engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installation in an easy to use, heavy duty entrance system. These doors were designed for high stress applications such as schools and multiuse institutions that demand the durability of a 2" door. The Magnum medium stile (3/16" thick wall) and the Varsity wide stile (1/4" thick wall) doors are assembled with tie rod construction and are dry glazed with either 1/4" or 1" glazing infill. The heavy wall thicknesses of the entrances and framing components combine to make them the design standard for extreme applications. All Trulite entrance doors can be modified to accommodate ADA codes and can accommodate many hardware requirements lending themselves to the varying needs of our customers.
Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solution's Sliding Doors & Walls are engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installation in an easy to use entrance system. The Sliding Doors are perfect for mall storefronts and requirements for a stackable hidden partition that closes giving a clean secure look. The Sliding wall allows for the integration of swing doors giving the option of leaving the partition closed still having regular access and still being able to open the entire elevation for times of higher traffic flows or allowing large items to be taken through the entrance with ease.

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solution's WW450 - WT450 Thermal Window Wall is engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installation in an easy to use, economical framing system. The 2-1/4" x 4-1/2" screw spline assembly system has strong performance characteristics for strip and ribbon window wall applications. The WW450 can accommodate 1" glazing infill and is available in either thermal or non-thermal options. This economical inside glazed system offsets the glass to the exterior for a smooth exterior appearance. Trulite's 200, 300 & 500 entrances can be easily integrated into this system.

The SW700 screw spline fabrication and panel type assembly method provide accurate and quick joinery of all back members. The innovative two piece horizontal back member utilizing a snap on horizontal cover truly makes this curtain wall system one of the most economical to produce and easy to install on the market today. Its minimum profile outside corner design completes the aesthetic appeal of an all glass façade. Trulite's 200, 300 & 500 entrances are easily integrated into this system.

The 2-1/2" x 7-1/2" curtain wall utilizes a pressure bar glazing method with an option for vertical butt glazing. It can be glazed with 1/4" or 1" insulated glazing infill. The SB750 is available in a shear clip assembly method providing accurate and quick joinery. The innovative two piece horizontal back member utilizing a snap in horizontal flat filler truly makes this curtain wall an easily fabricated and installed system. Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solution's SB380 Curtain Wall System is specifically engineered for low rise projects. The 2" x 6-3/8" curtain wall utilizes a pressure bar glazing method. The SB380 curtain wall also has an alternate back member creating an optional system depth of 7-7/8". It can be glazed with 1/4" or 1" insulated glazing infill and is available in a shear clip assembly method providing accurate and quick joinery. The one piece horizontal back member is attached to the shear clip by front face concealed fasteners having no visible hardware or filler plates taking away from the clean aesthetics of the system. Trulite's 200, 300 & 500 entrances are easily integrated into this system.

The 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" systems are available in shear block assembly and are ideal for single span Impact Resistant storefront applications. The 3000 and 3100 series are glazed with 9/16 " laminated glazing infill, while the 3200 thermally broken system is glazed with 1-5/16" laminated, insulated glazing infill. The front set glazed 3100 & 3200 systems can use 9/16" laminated glass as well, and are both interior glazed. The center glazed 3000 series can be either inside or outside glazed lending itself to the varying needs of our customers. Trulite's 256, 356 & 350 Impact Resistant entrances are easily integrated into these systems. Trulite has the unique ability to produce and furnish the complete impact resistant system and glazing, which is an added convenience for the building team. Architectural screening enamels are used on various glass substrates and thicknesses, 1/8" to 1/2". The enamels are cured or fired into the glass during the tempering or heat strengthening cycle, reaching temperatures ranging from 1100° to 1350° F.
Architectural screen printing consists of holes, dots, stripes, and many other custom designs. The printed glass products are used for decorations on buildings, office and room dividers, signs, store fronts and doors, shower doors, etc.
Trulite stocks a myriad of textured and acid etched architectural glass products, along with antiqued & color mirror. Trulite also has many custom capabilites.
Any pattern can be designed by engraving a groove in the surface of the glass. Different profiles and groove widths are available and can be duplicated time after time by our state of the art CNC grooving equipment. Straight lines and shape designs can be created on many differerent glass substrates, including mirror. Combine this process with the many other Trudeco Glass® products and just imagine what you can do with decorative glass.
