Our WarmFlo Select plenum heater makes ordering and installing a WarmFlo plenum heater easier than ever. We have integrated the control and interface modules into one discrete system which includes all of the features and flexibility of our WarmFlo II plenum heaters. In other words, you no longer have to worry about which interface module or chip code you need whether you are installing the plenum heater in conjunction with air conditioning, without air conditioning, or with a single stage heat pump.
The HeatChoice II model series continues the concept and features of the original patented and zero-clearance plenum heater. Our experience and history, combined with the latest technological features, make installations applicable to all furnace models. With a flip of a switch you can select your energy heating choice.
The EZ-Mate series plenum heater has been designed to handle both heat pump and air conditioning applications in one easy to use package. There are no separate interface controls or special chip codes needed. During installation you simply set a dial to the specific application you are working on and that's it. The EZ-Mate also has a unique feature that allows these units to be installed in 100-amp service panels. The "L" models include built-in load shed capability. This great feature allows you to drop 5 kW of the EZ-Mate when other appliances such as an electric water heater or electric dryer turn on.
Simplicity counts, especially when installing an air source heat pump. Installing an air source heat pump often times is confusing and complex. Our heat pump control greatly simplifies installation by using intelligent controls in an easy to use package. These interfaces have been designed to be used in systems being setup with a furnace and an air source heat pump without a plenum heater. Electro has two units to choose from, the WF-DFHP1 which is used with single stage heat pumps and the WF-DFHP2 which is used for two stage heat pumps. Both interfaces utilize a conventional 4-wire thermostat.
Simplifying complicated HVAC system interfacing has been one of Electro Industries main focuses for over 30 years. The Electro Industries' Buffer Tank Controller is perhaps the best example of our years of experience. The concept behind this controller is to easily and correctly interface and control any application you can think of when it comes to water to water geothermal heat pumps and buffer tanks.

Electro Industries has had experience working with radiant heat. We have found that in order to achieve a balanced heat using radiant, a slab thermostat is critical. Electric boiler systems require a large mass with very slow response in order to allow electric utility control interruption for off-peak rates.

Over the past few years we have added a number of products geared around the commercial applications for forced air electric heat. Our products range from plenum heaters to duct heaters. Applications ranging from primary heat source to boost heaters that add heat to those cold areas. Heating capacity ranging from 1 kW to 30 kW.
The traditional utility glass meter monitors and records kWh increments on a digit counter or dial counter. The electric energy usage is simply a continuous accumulation of kWh counts.
In addition to recording kWh, most electric energy meters also have a built-in method of determining short-term interval or real time kW. Glass utility meter has a rotating disk, ET-SP has a pulsing LED and direct kW readout on a PC upload capability.

The metered load power wires are simply strung through the “doughnut” device commonly called CT. This can be one load or several. Each power source wire is run through the CT. This becomes the current or “amp” component for the kWh energy calculation.
Application - electric utility provides a central metering point, "campus" involves a series of buildings or load points which require separate energy data and perhaps kWh demand monitoring and control. Submetering and demand monitor can take place at each building with the data from each building analyzed at a central location.
Submetering - CTs at each building service entrance with a metering interface module provides a method of recording kWh energy for the specific building and an interface to Demand Monitor.
