RollSeal® Automated Door & Enclosure Systems RollSeal® doors are constructed with a unique, patented design, which provides maxiumum protection against weather, temperature, and air infiltration.
RollSeal doors are a perfect fit for energy-conscious companies. As the door closes, our 3 layers of fabrics roll into place on the interior and exterior sides of the door tracks, positively sealing with commercial hook and loop, or industrial magnets. Two dead-air spaces exist between the layered fabric, forming an insulation value far superior to single panel door systems.
Our RollSeal product line, with it patented technology, is capable of withstanding high wind loads and pressurized applications, which allows us to offer standard and large customized doors, for any market.
Our magnetic seal doors meet the stringent NSF requirement for food and pharmaceutical applications, and are available in our RS00 and TS600 models.
The 300 Model is a unique and affordable choice for applications where light to medium use and low cost are requirements for your door needs. It is available with the choice of manual chain hoist or motor drive.

The RS500 is a unique and economical choice for larger applications requiring environmental control. The RS500 has optimal sealing ability for high wind loads or pressurized applications, thus providing an affordable environmental control door for all applications.

Energy Efficient: The door panels are constructed of 3 layers of woven fabric. The panel is sealed to the track at both the front and back using industrial strength hook and loop or magnetics. This creates a 3.5" dead air space which allows the door to have a high insulation value and a complete seal eliminating any air infiltration. The RS500 conserves energy and maintains constant climate control.
User Friendly: All door parameters are easily programmed at the door controller, which has a touch pad interface and LED display. An auto close feature allows a programmable close time from 5 seconds to 4 minutes. Open and close limits are set by the touch of a button.
The state of the art RS600 door is ideal for high speed, high traffic applications requiring total closure. The RS600 is virtually maintenance free and utilitizes RollSeal's patented three layer design and closure system. The RS600 will fit everyone's needs.

SW100 Door Features

Ideal for any single-story structure that relies on natural ventilation for cooling during the warmer months. The height of the curtains allow for less heat build-up under the roof. During the winter, when closed, the air-tight seal and triple-layer fabric allows for efficient heating.
Wall-mounted controller allows for easy push-button operation, open–close–stop. Integral limit switches automatically stop curtain at full, open or closed. Operator can manually stop curtain at any point in between.
Sidewall units can be configured to operate independently (1 motor, 1 door) or in groups of up to four doors (1 motor, 4 doors).
Translucent fabric allows natural, filtered light into area.
