The Gulf Lok Snap Lock Metal Roofing Panel has vertical seams that are 1" high. 12" and 16" panel widths are available. Snap Lock Metal Roofing "snaps" together. It is a Hidden-Fastener (Standing Seam) System. This means that the installed panel is free from any fasteners. A smooth, clean appearance is the end result. The structure of the panel is concealed under the vertical seams. The fasteners are attached in a slotted screw strip. This allows the metal to expand and contract without compromising the attachment of the screws.
Gulf Seam panels feature a bold 1-3/4" vertical seam. The panel can be roll formed in many widths between 12"-18". Hidden fasteners aren't visible on the final product. This makes for an appearance that is smooth and clean. Hidden fasteners combat the forces of nature without direct contact to wind and rain. The clip anchoring system allows for unlimited thermal expansion.
The panel is available in both a 1" & 1-1/2" high seam, spaced 12 to 16" apart, depending on the profile you choose. The fact that it is a Hidden-Fastener System means that you will get a clean, smooth appearance while protecting the fasteners from the forces of nature.
The Strong Rib Metal Roofing features vertical ribs that are trapezoidal in shape and spaced 9" on center with engineering that provides enough strength to exceed the stringent wind rating requirements of Miami-Dade County, one of the toughest building codes in the world.
Bold 1-1/4" high trapezoidal shaped ribs provide tremendous strength and water tightness properties making it perfect for Low Slope Roofing applications.
Commonly referred to as "Corrugated", the 32" GulfWave panel width allows for quick and economical application, and the 3/4" high continuous corrugations provide enough structural strength to protect your home from the worst of nature's elements.
