By downloading and using any ARCAT Detail you agree to the following

ARCAT DETAILS LICENSE AGREEMENT (INTERNET)

This license agreement, including the Warranty and Special Provisions,
 is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity)
and The Architect's Catalog, Inc. ("ARCATŽ").  By downloading and/or
using the information contained therein, you are agreeing to be bound
by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of
this Agreement, promptly delete software information.

1.  COPYRIGHT.  The Software (including all text incorporated into the
SOFTWARE) is owned by ARCAT and is protected by United States copyright
 laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable
national laws.  Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other
copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that
if the SOFTWARE is not copy protected, you may either (a) make one
copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b)
transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk, provided you keep the
original solely for backup or archival purposes.  You may not copy
the user documents accompanying the SOFTWARE.

2.  OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.  You
may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE,
unless otherwise provided in the Warranty and Special Provisions for
your country.

3.  LIMITED WARRANTY.  Media.  ARCAT warrants the physical media of
the ARCAT DETAILS software (referred to in this limited warranty as the
"Software") against physical defects for a period of 90 days from
installation or purchase, whichever is later.  Your sole remedy for
defective media is replacement.
Disclaimer.  Except as otherwise restricted by law, ARCAT makes no
warranty, representation or promise not expressly set forth in this
limited warranty.  ARCAT disclaims and excludes any and all implied
warranties of merchantability, title or fitness for a particular
purpose.  ARCAT does not warrant that the software text contained
on the software or associated documentation will satisfy your
requirements or that the software and documentation are without
defect or error or that the operation of the software will be
uninterrupted.  The text information is supplied by manufacturer
and ARCAT makes no claims to its accuracy, completeness, or that
it is current.  The user should contact the manufacturer for current
accurate information.

Limitation of Liability.  Except as otherwise restricted by law,
ARCAT aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of
the software, associated documentation or any services provided by
ARCAT and/or its agents is limited to the total of all payments made
by or for you for the software and documentation.  Neither ARCAT nor
any of its licensors, employees or agents shall in any case be liable
for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive
damages even if advised of the possibility of those damages.  Neither
ARCAT nor any of its licensors, employees or agents is responsible
for lost profits or revenue, loss of use of software, loss of data,
costs of re-creating lost data, the cost of any substitute equipment
or program.

By downloading and using any ARCAT DETAIL you agree to this ARCAT DETAILS
License Agreement.
