Notify architect of conditions that would adversely affect installation or subsequent use. Do not proceed with installation until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected. B. If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding. 3.2 PREPARATION A. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation. B. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions. C. Ensure openings to receive pass thru windows are plumb, level, square, accurately aligned, correctly located and within manufacturer's tolerances. 3.3 INSTALLATION A. Install all products in this section in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. B. Install windows plumb, level, square, true to line, and without warp or rack. C. Anchor windows securely in place to supports. Use attachment methods permitting adjustment for construction tolerances, irregularities, alignment, expansion and contraction. D. Separate aluminum from other metal surfaces using bituminous coatings or other means approved by Architect. E. Install metal flashings as specified in Section 07620. F.
