          2.8SEALERS AND CONDITIONERS

          A.Floor Conditioner and Sealer:
** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The Floor Saver System is a two-part system that will actually push excessive moisture out of the concrete and seal the concrete from the inside out. This removes the moisture that causes adhesives to dissolve and flooring to buckle and discolor. Also, the Floor Saver System balances the slab's pH level to stop another cause of adhesive failure: high pH imbalances. Once the Floor Saver System has been applied, you can install your flooring and move on to the next floor without looking back. No more callbacks from angry customers. No more worrying about whether or not the flooring will fail. You'll know that your floor has the best protection money can buy.
